Wow is what came out of our mouths when we walked in the door.
We were on the top floor which overlooks Weyba creek. It has 2 seperate balconies, one with a large table and chairs and the other with sun chairs. The apartment itself was extremely spacious, lots of natural light and a very large living, dining and kitchen area.
Both bedrooms were huge especially the master room which had an ensuite and there was a second bathroom. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, almost made it difficult to get up in the morning.
The kitchen is large and was well equipped along with the bathrooms, the only downside was the 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner provided felt like I had washed my hair with laundry detergent.
These apartments are in a perfect location, only about a 3 or 4 minute walk to Gympie Terrace and 5 minute drive or bus ride to Hastings street.
We would be absolutely happy to stay here again.

We had a quick visit from Brisbane to Noosa for a game of Footy over this recent weekend. We arrived late on Saturday and were met with clear and concise instructions of how to check ourselves in. The two bedroom apartment was spotless, they are extremely spacious and the proximity to both Noosa River & Hastings street is perfect. We have stayed at Metzo in years gone by and returned to find that the service and experience is just as it always was. Top shelf.

Metzo Noosa is great. The apartments are a good size and in very good condition. With the river on one side with ferries and buses on the lagoon side of the short road, transport without a car is simple and flexible. We used the buses with their 50 cent fares to explore the hinterland. Cafes and restaurants are close. We often started the day with a cappuccino at the Terrace Cafe on the river. For a restaurant I'd recommend Mr Jones & Me, which is one street over.

Liked- The location was great. The unit had a nice aspect and was well equipped for a holiday or long week end. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The sofas were ok too as we did a lot of lying around due to the high rainfall on the week end we went. We tried not to let that influence us and went out a bit to shop and look around.
Disliked · On the confirmation we were advised check in at 2 pm. Then the day before there was a scurry of messages asking us to check in at 12 as they closed the office at 12. Said this wasn't an option so was told information would be sent the next day. We subsequently received the info and on check in got a two page document informing us of the checkout procedure including bin empty etc. The cleaning duties were highlighted in YELLOW, as they were in every subsequent correspondence. Then within a few hours of checking in we received two more emails welcoming us, and again, advising us of the check out procedure and the penalty for not cleaning the unit and emptying the bins. And then a few hours later we got two more emails. Then the next day we received two more emails, again emphasising the need to empty bins and clean the apartment, put on the dishwasher... all the normal things. And each of these emails were duplicated on the booking.com app.
On checkout day we were up and about, tidied the apartment, put on the dishwasher and were taking down the garbage, as instructed, numerous times, to be met at the bins by the building manager who supervised our distribution of waste.
It was a lot. And the unit was probably cheaper than we'd normally spend, so I asked the manager if they'd had a bad experience. He seemed to not be aware of the constant communication we'd received impressing upon us the importance of the clean up.
I travel a lot for work and travel for fun too. I've never experienced this and this alone would probably deter me from staying again. We were trying to relax when pretty much every two hours we were alerted to another request to play by the rules.

Great location for the river and local cafes/restaurants. Better dining options in this area than Noosa main beach. Quite old decor and furnishing. Air con in main bedroom didn’t work for the whole stay. Large apartments with huge outdoor balcony, but road noise is awful so you can’t relax anyway. I’d put up with it in a large city but not Noosa! There was a terrible smell (I’m assuming from what ever the previous guests had cooked) in the kitchen and living area - bit of air freshener would have been nice. Overall, very large apartments but overpriced for the road noise.

We loved it here so much that we extended our stay by 3 nights!! The managers were a good mix of helpful, friendly and professional. We stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom pool view apartment which worked perfectly for us as this has no stairs and we needed to have pram access. Pool area was really lovely, well maintained and very quiet.
The apartment was bright, clean and very spacious. It had everything we needed to make our stay here extremely comfortable. There were also two good sized outside patio areas. It is a self catering apartment so you do need to be mindful of that and bring along/buy anything you need in the way of toiletries/groceries etc.. This was not a problem for us as we were ready anticipating that and brought most of that with us, plus there are various grocery stores/bottle shops etc close by to make it easy to self cater.
The location was amazing for us, we love the Gympie Terrace/river area and this is just around the corner. This area offers great places to eat (loved Mr Jones and me), drink, have a coffee. There is very easy access to Main beach/National Park/Hastings Street too - we used the bus/car and ferry to access these and other surrounding areas.
Would we stay again? 100%

We stayed in a 2 bedroom garden apartment, it was spacious, very tastefully decorated, beds were comfortable, easy parking and a lovely big garden with bbq and outdoor living/dining areas. Managers were friendly and provided helpful information. Good location short walk to quiet spot on river and not too much further to dining spots. There was some road noise which you could hear when using the outdoor spaces. Nice heated pool.

The fabulous front-desk orientation saved us heaps or time and bother when getting about during school holiday madness locally. Greatly appreciated, thanks! The 2 bedroom was spotless and attractive with place~settings and attention to the small details. I travel for a living, and this venue was top-shelf. Ours was a w2 bedroom apartment overlooking a very-well-tended pool and bar b q area. Hat's off to the duet who manage the place.

Great accommodation! Fantastic for families, close to shops and walking distance to Hastings St. The heated pool is perfect for winter too!
