These lovely apartments are located metres from the beach and we so enjoyed leaving our doors open to listen to the lapping waves. Our apartment was well equipped and spotless. The partial daily room service of made beds and fresh towels as needed felt like a real treat. We loved the location at the quieter end of Hastings Street and our apartment on the second floor felt very private. We are already planning a return trip.

Maison Noosa is an amazing resort. The view is absolutely spectacular. Maison Noosa is situated at the quieter end of Hastings St and is only a few very short steps to the beach.
The bottom floor resort unit we stayed in was comfortable, fresh and had a fabulous kitchen with everything that was needed. Being on the ground floor meant we could come and go very easily from pool to unit.
The resort pool is beautiful. It is heated in all months to the appropriate seasonal temperature.
There is an awesome coffee and gin bar - Moonstruck underneath the resort which is well worth a number of visits.
We would highly recommend Maison Noosa.

We stayed in winter with our 2 primary aged daughters. Whilst the weather was a little chilly, the pool was comfortable (for the kids) and spa super warm and relaxing. Friendly staff and clean amenities. Laundry downstairs meant we could wash and dry a week's worth of clothes with ease. On the water and literally a 30 metre walk to get a coffee on Hastings st. We stayed at 103 on the ground floor which was very convenient.

Generally good, great location. Housekeeping a bit hit and miss. Bathrooms could do with a good anti mould spray from time to time and lounge furniture needs a vacuum after every stay. Split air conditioning also needs a clean, as do filters.

Maison Noosa is our favourite on Hastings street. While its parking is a little tight, the building is a bit old and it doesnt have in room laundry there is one thing that makes it stand above all others. The pool experience.

The pool is as big as any other on hastings street, it has spectacular old school dark blue tiles that makes it shimmer and its more secluded then other pools with a beautiful canopy of trees to look at. But where the pool really beats all others, particularly in winter, spring and autumn, is that they properly heat it unlike some of the more expensive hotels on hastings street.

You can get up and have a beautiful swim in the morning before breakfast at any time in the year. You wont shiver in this pool. The spa is also spectaculalry hot. And because the pools and spa are properly heated you can still have a swimming vacation if the weather is poor and the beaches are too cold. And because guests can spread out the swimming time from early morning to into the evening then the pool is rarely full. There have been many time where we have had this pool completely to ourselves and it has been bliss. All because they heat it properly outside of the summer season. Long may this continue.

The other benefits of Maison is that the rooms are a decent size, they have nice balconies and its at the quiet end of hastings street so there isnt much, if any noise at night beyond the ocean.

Love this place. Coming back again very soon.

Fabulous views from some rooms, excellent location. Rooms getting tired, double/queen beds saggy and not partner friendly. Bathrooms need a good anti mould spray. All does bang loudly when closed, so you wake up with a jolt when others leave their rooms. OK value.

We paid a five star price for a very poor quality apartment. Admittedly it was on Hasting Street with a partial sea view. It is reasonable to expect any accommodation along Hasting Street to have a touch of luxury. Our room had a leaking shower which meant we had to mop up water after showers. The shower fittings were broken. The wardrobes and kitchen fittings were very tire white laminate. The bed was comfortable but as someone else mentioned the pillows were very worn out.
The worst part was there was no sound proofing and we could here every sound from upstairs.
Not at all worth the huge price we paid. We feel totally ripped off.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights, in room 209. Initially we requested room 308 (which was on the floor above) but even though I had made a request weeks before, when we arrived I found out the room was unavailable for us, which was slightly disappointing. You pay the same amount of money as the people above you who have a view and what seems to have a private rooftop also. As it states on the website, UNITS 208, 209, 308, 309 are partial ocean view rooms. You don’t get to see a photo of the exact room your getting, essentially it’s a lucky dip. Book a partial ocean view room, you may get level 2 with a view of trees, or you might get level 3 with what looks to be a stunning view.

The room we had was nice enough but very tired, the bathroom needs to be updated, and there were scratches on walls, and also all over the skirting boards which didn’t seem to be painted. Also there was no Foxtel in our room, even though it says there is on the website? So we had to call reception and someone came up and put a Foxtel box in for us, but it’s like why can’t you have it ready for your guests when they arrive? When you pay a lot of money to stay somewhere, you expect to at least get what your paying for that is meant to be included in the cost. Now on to some positives, love the location, it was close to everything - restaurants, shopping, beach was right there for easy access. The sound of the waves at night was beautiful. I liked how it was down the quiet end of Hastings st. We didn’t really hear any noise, but we were on the beach side. The pool is lovely, we went for a swim every evening and the pool is heated! As well as the spa. There was a nice bottle of complimentary wine in the fridge, as I mentioned we were celebrating our recent engagement. Which I thought was really nice. The woman on reception was so friendly and easy to talk to so that’s also a positive.

Overall there are some things that need improving, and some things that I really enjoyed and appreciated. The location is why I would stay again, but the rooms need a refresh, at least ours did.

First and last time I’ll be staying here. We were charged $50 for not returning plastic keys. First hotel we have ever stayed at that expects plastic keys to be returned. Not sure with recent COVID pandemic if it’s a good reusing the keys anyhow. We should have been told keys need to be returned.

Not sure what other reason that they would want keys back for. When paying 500+ would expect them not to want keys back.

We were also told upon check in that it was really really important that we take trash out. It’s a real shame that the staff ruined our experience as it was a pretty close to the beach. Anyway we normally go Netanya and only went here due to it being closed for refurb. We won’t be coming back.

We enjoyed a 10 night stay at Maison Noosa in Jan 2021 and loved it so much we booked to stay at the same time and the same apartment next year. The apartment had everything we wanted - the kitchen had a 2 burner hot plate, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and just enough equipment to cook if we wanted to; the balcony overlooked the beach and beyond into the sea and it was large, had an umbrella, sun lounger, table and chairs and a small clothesline; the lounge was equipped with a comfortable couch and table and chairs and smart TV with Netflix; the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had been renovated recently. The best thing was the exclusive rooftop balcony with a great 360 degree view of Noosa, Hastings Street and the beach through the trees and the mountains in the distance. Fab spot for a glass of champagne at sunset. The facilities were great also with a big pool, a small gym and undercover parking which was very handy. The location was terrific being on the beach side of Hastings Street the apartment is within walking distance of everything - Noosa National Park (highly recommend), the beaches, the river, Noosa Sound and of course all the restaurants, cafes, bars, retail shops, spas, small grocery store and bottle shop etc. We dined at Sails, Locale, Ricky’s and Sum Yung Guys and a few other restaurants. Loved them all. We also ventured out on a couple of the rainy days on a lovely country drive through the green rolling hills from Cooroy to Kenilworth. We have stayed in 4 other 1 bedroom units on the beach in Hastings Street and this was the best. Highly recommend.
