The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There are a number of rooms in different blocks, and I can recommend having a room looking across to the ocean especially as we had amazing sunset and sunrise. This hotel is used by tour groups though they were in another block from us. The staff were friendly. Can highly recommend the restaurant. The food was beautifully cooked to our liking.

I' ve just been 2-3 times in this mining town and honestly it's hard to find a nice place to eat or stay. But following some of my nephew's suggestions i booked a couple of nights at the Hospitality Inn and it had everything needed. Refreshing pool, nice/ comfy room and tasty food. People showed kindness and understanding, always smiling. I had a good time and i think I'll be back whenever my duty'll call me back :)

The staff are very personable and the restaurant is well presented but the rooms are in dire need of a major refurbishment- ours was out the back (not one of the ones that overlook the water) and looks like 1970’s vintage).

I haven't written a review, however in this instance thought it was necessary so I could give a big shout out to Belle on reception. She went above and beyond and rejigged a few bookings to ensure we had a room with two beds; made sure we had a dinner reservation at the restaurant which was at capacity accommodating a tour group; put breakfast aside for us as we were called out to a job and unable to make it back before 9am; and called us within two minutes of checking out to advise we had left a phone charger in the room. Have stayed here a few times on business and would be reluctant to stay anywhere else. Thanks Belle.

My room was exceptionally clean and tidy with a nice view. Hot water, bed, fridge, what else do you need? Wait…. An air conditioner that doesn’t rumble and clunk all night. When will you swap these things out for split systems? Not like there’s no money coming in. I’d just get to sleep and the compressor would go clunk and then pulse on and off for an hour. Other than that the place is ok and has the best restaurant in town in the complex.

Rude unhelpful manager ! She was a bit of a Basil Fawlty. On other hand the other staff were helpful , the restaurant good and the room was clean . Shame . Also took meals off deposit credit card without prior consent .Still not received E-mail receipt.

We stopped in Port Hedland en route to Broome. Receptionist was friendly and helpful and switched us to an ocean view room. She also suggested that we try to get to the beach in the morning to try to see the turtle hatchlings. Room had a kettle and a microwave but no dishes or cutlery. So we heated some baked beans in the mugs. Seeing the hatchlings in the morning was special

Book in was easy. We had a ocean view room. All amenities, Shower Toilet, Coffee making, TV , Microwave, Air conditioning. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included but continental only. There was a bit of a mix up with breakfast and we were charged but Izzy sorted it out for us.

No offence to Port Hedland, but you don't expect much when are having an overnight stop over in this mining town. We booked a night at the Hospitality Inn and had low expectations. We did our email online check in. The room was basic, but it had a working box air con (essential). The room was well supplied with kettle, toaster, and tea and coffee supplies. The restaurant was an unexpected gem. I was sad to see that many on the reservation list were a 'no show'. We had a delicious dinner, with top quality service. I was thrilled to see the hotel installing solar panels as we left. Overall it was a very reasonable experience and I will stay there again. I love that half of our view was the ocean,and half was the cemetry.
