It was our first for farmstays. We had an absolutely incredible stay at Diamond Forest Farmstay! The moment we arrived, we felt like we were in a tranquil paradise. The farmstay is nestled among lush greenery, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Our accommodation was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed.

The farm itself is a nature lover's dream, with abundant wildlife, picturesque walking trails, and a serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. Mornings were our favourite part of the day as we went for morning feeds and met a variety of animals!

We spent our days exploring the property, feeding the chickens and ducks and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Not forgetting we had a blast playing fooseball at the recreation room too!

We can't wait to return and experience it all again!

We had the best time at Diamond Forest Farmstay! It was our first getaway as a family and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Kerriann and Mark were more than accommodating and helpful as well as wonderful with our son Lincoln and big fur baby Balto!
Every morning feeding the farm animals are now memory’s we will cherish forever!
Accommodation in the forest cabin (pet friendly) was spotless and you’d never think other pets have stayed before. So cozy and just loved the veranda!

We are planning our next visit and taking all the extended family to!!

Thank you for our fantastic and memorable stay!!

Diamond Forrest Farm Stay most certainly lived up to its many great reviews. The cottage provided everything we could've asked for (okay except for good wifi connection), the property is stunnings and animals in abundance. Three lambs were born whilst we were there and my daughter got to name one. Say Hi to Bingo the lamb/sheep when you visit ;-).
There is so much to do in the area, much more than I expected. Unfortunately the weather was terrible when we visited but we're already planning a second trip in spring or summer.
If there was one thing I could change, it would be the shower. The pressure was out of this world and there is no way I would've been able to shower my toddler. A handheld shower on height adjustable bar with adjustable pressure would be great.
But seriously, if you're thinking about booking here, stop thinking and just do it. You won't regret it!

Hi Gwen, Thank you for taking the time to review our property and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Our wifi being a satelite service is definately not the best however it is all we are able to access due to our location, we would love to be able to access the speeds that the city has to offer and the convienence of access that the city offers however in the country that just is not an option, maybe one day. The shower modifications you mention we had not heard from guests before however we will investigate this avenue and see what our local plumber can offer re making the showers pressure adjustable however the hight adjustable option we agree and watch this space as we are hoping to make changes in that regard later this year. We look forward to seeing you again when you come to visit Bingo who is currently bounding around his paddock with another 8 other lambs.

Our family spent 3 wonderful nights at the farm with our two dogs. We all loved the cabins very clean and the electric blankets and towel heaters were a wonderful treat for the cold nights. The dogs loved roaming around the farm (on their leads ) and were at home in there enclosure even coming in the cabin to clean up after the kids! We all loved the animal feeding Mark and Kerriann were very informative about their animals. The firepit games room and playground all got good use from us as well We can highly recommend Diamond Forrest farm stay it is so beautiful peaceful and you feel like you have the farm to your self. We enjoyed 4 wonderful nights at the farm, staying at the Forest Cottage. The cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and is very clean with all the facilities you need for the stay. The surroundings are simply beautiful, very peaceful. It is lovely to sit out on the balcony and have wild birds, chickens, sheep and a peacock come and visit. It truly is a relaxing stay away from the madness of Perth.

Mark and Kerrianne are very friendly and invite guests to join them every morning to help feed the farm animals. It is definitely worth the visit and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone who loves animals and are looking for a peaceful place away from everyday life. We will definitely return for another stay.

We visited for 3 nights with our extended family, staying in 3 of the 4 cottages. These all had beautiful views of the dam and paddocks, were well maintained, warm and kitchen well stocked with all we needed.Cottages are well spaced apart for privacy. Had great fun feeding the animals each morning even in the rain with Mark and Keriann who were fabulous with the kids and sharing their knowledge. Feeding the ducks and chickens is quite an event - got to be experienced! Lovely walks nearby and an easy drive to Manjimup and Pemberton. Quiet and relaxing - a perfect spot to recharge and an amazing amount of bird life to enjoy. Coffee and condensed milk on the decking in the morning a simple, but memorable joy!

Wonderful family holiday destination and accommodation.
We were greeted by Mark on our arrival and shown to our cabin. We don’t have pets but they do have accommodation available if you want to take your dog.
The cabin has a decent size bathroom (shower only), master bedroom, lounge/dining area, bedroom with 2 single beds + folding bed (prefect for 3 kids) and kitchen. Everything is clean and good condition with electric blankets and reverse cycle air con. We were nice and warm during our July stay.
The house has everything we needed for our stay.
The back verandah overlooked the beautiful farm property and was a great place to sit and feed the birds & ducks, watch the kids play and just enjoy the view.
There is daily animal feeding at 0830 with emus, chickens, turkeys, rabbit, pigs, ducks, alpacas, goats, sheep, horses, cows and donkeys. Marks 2 sweet dogs come along ands it’s a great experience for children and adults, especially the ducks. There are canoes to use in the dam, a playground and a games room with football, air hockey, toys, games and books plus plenty of information about the animals on the farm.
There’s a small laundry with washer and dryer, don’t forget your laundry powder.
The farm is just 10mins out of Manjimup and there is so much to do with children in and around Manjimup.
We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Diamond Forest Farm Stay.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the farm stay was such a great experience. Our son loves feeding all the animals and exploring the property. The roller shutters in the rooms also slowed for him to sleep an extra 2 hours 😁. We will be back and tell all our friends how lovely our time was

Hi Jason, Thank you for your kind words, we are very happy you enjoyed your stay with us and we enjoyed hosting your family here. Our roller shutters to bedroom windows is only a new addition and was primarily done to aid in thermal insulation for the bedrooms year round. However we have had many comments with regard to kids both sleeping longer in the morning and being able to sleep during the day as the rooms can be darkened at the flick of a switch... We certainly hope to see you down here again soon.

Wonderful farm stay experience. Your hosts, Kerryann & Mark, have put a lot of effort into this beautiful property. Lots of love and care.

The animals are very well looked after.

The morning “duck run” is a hoot

The kids loved the “ challenge” of who could throw the different fruit/vegetables the furthest around the paddock for the pigs to give them exercise

The dam is stocked with large Marron (& trout)

We stayed in the forest cabin, which was well presented, comfortable and has a fabulous ‘dog run’ so that we were able to bring our pooch along.
These cabins are clean and do not smell of ‘dog’ - no presence of other Dog hair either which is great

It is a fabulous space to go exploring the beautiful area and surrounds such as the Big Brook Dam, a day trip to swim in Fonty’s Pool all the beautiful Pemberton pools. There are a number of fabulous roadside farmer stores selling fruit and veg, as well as many local farmers and produce welcoming guests to their farms.

Thanks again for a wonderful time.

Just spent our second Family Holiday at Diamond Forest Farm Stay, and we have booked again for the same period next December.

Mark and Kerriann, thank you again for sharing your little corner of paradise with us. From the morning feed fun, early morning walks at when the dam is mirror still, to an evening showing my boys a couple of the marron in your dam, the way your share your passion for your furry, woolly and feathered family with your guests makes the experience even more memorable.

We are looking forward to our next visit and being able to bring our own four-legged family member next time.

Is there fencing for pets?
Answer from diamondforest
Pemberton, Australia7 contributions
Each pet friendly cottage, Bluegum Cottage and Forest Cottage) has a specially designed enclosure with a six foot fence. This enclosure has an external gate as well as a gate access onto the front patio. The front patio is also fenced at both ends so that dogs may utilise this area. Pets are also welcome inside the cottages just not on the furniture or in the bedrooms. We also have areas that dogs can go off lead if they have good recall or, alternatively, if we have a spare fenced paddock owners may take their dogs into the paddock to play fetch or for a good run off lead.

Hello Little_ha, Thank you for your enquiry, we would highly recommend Forest cottage, this cottage is exactly the same as our other cottages, Forest cottage is a favorite with the kids as it is close to the games room on the property & also has just had a full renovation so it is very comfortable. This cottage does allow guests to bring their pets however the cottages are very clean & tidy, we have many guests from Singapore that have already booked that cottage prior to your required dates.

Hi, may I know is breakfast provided? How easy to get lunch or dinner at the surrounding?
Answer from diamondforest
Pemberton, Australia7 contributions
Hi there, thank you for your question. Our cottages are provided as self catering therefore no breakfast or meals are provided, however there are both shops & supermarkets within 10 minutes drive from our property & there are cooking facilities within the cottage such as stove top, microwave, pots & pans, crockery & cutlery etc. All of our guests prefer to cook their own food as the quality of fresh produce in this region is very good, you can stop by at a road stall & buy fresh vegies picked from the paddock that morning & have them for dinner with some lovely local beef. Alternatively there are restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes drive that will provide both lunches & dinners with exceptional quality food.
