What find this gem was so cosy and loved the mud brick ambience so private and peaceful. All we needed for our break in Pemberton was really lovely few days in the country setting. A lovely bit paradise in nice spot its worth effort if need break and doing the Biblium track.
Beautiful and relaxing property and location. Lovely bush walking trails next to the property. The new owners were wonderful and very accommodating, taking that extra step to ensure we enjoyed our stay with our two young children. We will be booking to stay here again for a family getaway.
What a beautiful, authentic cottage, with everything you possibly need. Clean, fresh and spacious. So good being only a couple of minutes from Pemberton. Hosts were lovely and really cared about our stay. Thoroughly recommended this stay!
I left my booking for the year end family trip late and was not able to find a spot in Busselton. I then thought we should re-visit Pemberton as we last stayed there some 20 years ago. I am glad I did. Treenbrook was a relaxing place to stay and there were lots to do in Pemberton and the Karri Forest. When we arrived, Esther the owner was friendly and welcoming. There were DVDs available at the reception to select to watch later in the evening. The cottage was charming, very clean and fully equipped including cooking facilities and great barbie. Although there was no air-conditioning, the ceiling fans in the lounge and each bedroom kept us comfortable. It was lovely to sit out on the veranda in the evening with the Karri Forest in front of you with a glass of wine and watch the wrens. For internet, my mobile phone was able to catch 2 to 3 signal bars at the cottage and was more than adequate for making calls, searching and downloading emails. The cottage also had Wi-Fi. I walked and did a trail run along the marked out walking trails among the tall Karri trees around the property which was interesting and beautiful. As for Pemberton, I was surprised with the trendy tapas and whisky bars in the town - great food and drinks after long walks during the day! To cool off, we went for a dip in the Big Brook Dam. A great and safe spot for swimming in the sandy beach-like cove. When we left, I was surprised when Esther contacted me to inform that I had left behind my mobile charger. She then took the trouble to post it back to me. Exceptional service! All in, it was a lovely trip to Pemby!…
Spent three nights in the timber cottage - it was really well set up with everything that we could possibly need : comfy bed, brilliant potbelly fire, good tv and wifi (for the rainy days), a fully decked out kitchen and lots of room. And Anisa and Darren (and Shelby) are friendly and attentive hosts. We'll be back!
