We stayed here for just one night but it was amazing - there is a wonderful hike around the lake through the magical karri forest and we woke up to green and yellow parrots eating the seed provided on the deck of our room. So magical.

Yes, the resort and chalets are a little tired in appearance and equipment, BUT if you are going for the peace and quiet, the fun things to do, the outdoors and the service then it's still brilliant. They are serious about no mobile phone coverage so forget the laptops and ipads. Coverage is available about 25km away at Pemberton. The...

Such a relaxing holiday. My partner and I had an amazing trip. Loved the beautiful view from our window and great local activities available.Pity there is no phone reception or wifi, but it did help to truly escape the city, to switch off and not be reminded of work. Had little hidden gems too like a waterfall within a short...

The girls running the activities were great, polite and helpful! Had fun fishing for trout, kayaking and archery! Even though we couldn't get a fish it was still a fun day out. $20 per person for unlimited activities for the day or $10 if you stay at the resort

What a great place to stay for the long weekend. Our cabin was up in the trees overlooking the lake. So relaxing, accommodations were nice. Beds really comfortable. Canoeing on the lake, mini golf, archery, a walk around the lake. The restaurant meal was very nice. We enjoyed it very much

This was my second visit to the resort. My wife and I had the most relaxed, enjoyable getaway we could have asked for. The best thing about the resort is - there is NO wifi and mobile reception. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Having our room directly over the lake was stunning. We have had the local residents "parrots" visited...

Stopped here a night on our road trip around western Auz. Room quite simple as are many in this area but few offer the the advantage of this one where you can sit on the Verandah of your room over the lake. Had fun feeding the parrots here. Some lovely walking trails through the forest to explore as well and...

Better than expected! We had a lakeside room, overlooking lake and trees, very peaceful. It´s a very nice and quiet location, although it´s a family resort with lots of cabins and lots of activities for families. We enjoyed the walks around the lake and in the surrounding forest, the birds on the balcony, the kangaroos in the meadows and dinner...
