Very pleasant stay, clean, great location, good service. The restaurant was closed when we were here so can't comment. The only query would be the sign said solar heated pool, not sure it is. I would definitely stay again.

We had the upgrade room so we could make some light meals. Everything we needed was there. Room was big and comfortable. Great bed. Good heater- nights are cold in the forest. When we turned in for the night this may have been the darkest room we have ever stayed in. Thick floor to ceiling drapes, non of those annoying...

We choose a budget room and it was good value basic clean and ideal for a nights stay. Loved the reverse air conditioner which took the chill of the cold night air. Close to town and very quiet. Would recommend .

Restaurant was closed, room very basic. Reception not open all day. Very poor signal on wifi, sometimes not working at all. We realise that this was the week after Easter but felt as though the Motel had closed down.

Top marks to helpful, friendly and sympathetic staff. Ended up at this motel after a booking mix-up which had absolutely nothing to do with the motel. Were suffering an obvious anti-climax from the slightly luxury accommodation we were expecting for our 'special occasion'. We given a 'standard room' (unit 2). Very, very standard. Clean and tidy but just a little...

Booked for a last minute trip to pemberton. Welcoming staff. Clean room, with a very comfy bed. Value for money, and a good place to snooze after a long day of exploring pemberton. The onsite restaurant is currently closed but the pub in town was a good replacement.

My issue with this business is outlined below: To understand this complaint I need to start at the beginning. I made a lot of bookings for our West Australian holiday midway last  year.  Around late November I found that we would be staying an extra week so went about looking to see if I could change our accommodation. On going...

Spent two days here as we explored this superb area of the West. The forest is incredible, the karri trees a beautiful and amazing sight, with the tree climbing experiences something you can not imagine until you experience them. As for the motel, well it was cheap and cheerful, extremely basic, but clean and comfortable in a very quiet setting....
