Top marks to helpful, friendly and sympathetic staff. Ended up at this motel after a booking mix-up which had absolutely nothing to do with the motel. Were suffering an obvious anti-climax from the slightly luxury accommodation we were expecting for our 'special occasion'. We given a 'standard room' (unit 2). Very, very standard. Clean and tidy but just a little...

Booked for a last minute trip to pemberton. Welcoming staff. Clean room, with a very comfy bed. Value for money, and a good place to snooze after a long day of exploring pemberton. The onsite restaurant is currently closed but the pub in town was a good replacement.

My issue with this business is outlined below: To understand this complaint I need to start at the beginning. I made a lot of bookings for our West Australian holiday midway last  year.  Around late November I found that we would be staying an extra week so went about looking to see if I could change our accommodation. On going...

Spent two days here as we explored this superb area of the West. The forest is incredible, the karri trees a beautiful and amazing sight, with the tree climbing experiences something you can not imagine until you experience them. As for the motel, well it was cheap and cheerful, extremely basic, but clean and comfortable in a very quiet setting....

Stayed for a weekend. Staff were friendly. Rooms were old and run down. Had large fungus growing in the bathroom and hot water in shower lasted less than a minute. Very disappointing and also expensive

After booking this motel on line after visiting the website, quite disappointed when we arrived at our room. Website shows the deluxe rooms but if you book a standard room, prepare to be disappointed. Our room is tired and smells musty. Linen and towels all clean and fresh though thank goodness. For Aus dollars 125, we could have had better.

I booked one of the 2 bedroom units, ( Number 9 ) the main area was spacious & contained the queen sized bed, bedsides, table & 4 chairs, TV on the wall, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery etc. The "second" bedroom was smallish, 2 single beds, bedside table, small chair, TV on the wall. This room has windows,...

Great central location in Pemberton but off the main street so very peaceful. Easy walk into town. Very welcoming and knowledgable staff. Large comfortable room, with a balcony overlooking the manicured lawns and gardens.

This hotel was ok. Rooms were spacious and had small patios overlooking a grassy area with a swimming pool and BBQ grill. Refrigerator, microwave, coffe maker and toaster as well as some utensils were all provided. There is a restaurant but I did not eat there. Very quiet. Room was clean. Free WiFi. Parking next to your room. A good...
