Luxury Chalets | Spa | Tennis | Quality Fishing. A country retreat built around Clover Cottage, an historic homestead in the heart of the South West, established in 1875. Overlooking the lakes and the river are four superbly built and luxury appointed limestone chalets, each with cosy wood fires, private spas and spacious verandas, making it not only a must for keen fisherman but the ideal place for a romantic getaway or family holiday.

We recently (4 couples) had the pleasure of staying at this hidden gem - a tranquil location with beautiful views and birdlife. The location was fantastic offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottages were lovely and provided a cozy and comfortable stay. A standout was the very helpful caretakers while the owners were away who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their hospitality and attention to detail (lighting the pit fire for us etc) was much appreciated. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with breathtaking surroundings and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be!

Went with my husband for our wedding anniversary and had the most beautiful weekend. The property is just gorgeous and the cottage was so cozy and comfortable. Fresh baked bread was waiting for us when we arrived and the wood fire kept us so snug at night. You won’t find a more peaceful place to get away from it all. We will definitely stay longer next time.

The cottage building, furniture and everything inside is in very good condition. All kitchenware was provided and it was very convenient. I think I and my family felt the real flavour of South-West Australian hospitality while staying in the Clover Cottage. The location in the forest is a great escape place from a city noise.

Fantastic farm stay type experience with our kids. Great cottage, quiet - barely noticed any other family (there are four cottages on property). Caught trout, patted animals, warm fire at night, cooked bread, kayak in river, local wineries and exploring - a fantastic family holiday.

Third time we've been to Clover Cottage and we love it every time. This time with the grandkids which adds another dimension. It is hard to beat sitting on the verandah looking out to the forest with the blue wrens hopping around. We will be back.

Thank You for, The beautiful clover cottage. Smell the flowers, hear the buzzing of the bees. Listen to sound of the river. Breath the scent of nice fresh air. Take a moment to stop and listen to the birds singing. Having fun for trout fishing, feeding a friendly donkey and alpacas for the first time in my life. The night that all you can hear is the sound of frogs and crickets. We loved everything on the farm Paul and Petrina made it truly an expercience we'll remember. What a relaxing and beautiful place. Amazingly Beautiful! Jon and Rhea

The lure of Clover Cottage Country Retreat under the umbrella of lush tall timber forests in the south west - it was a sensory adventure that we experienced – the tranquillity –the homely well-appointed limestone cottages – were front seat to a view of the lakes and the Warren River – warm - enthusiastic welcome by Paul and Petrina - a wood fire was burning - the aroma of bread baking - we enjoyed home to home comforts on the farm stay experience – we enjoyed a delightful lunches at Hidden River Estate and Silkwood Estate’s their premium wines and the gourmet restaurant – all added up to memorable alignment with the Clover Cottage Country Estates brand promises – a culmination of a Fly-fishing adventure.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Clover Cottage. The grounds of the retreat are tranquil and picturesque. There was an abundance of bird life and with the Warren river at the edge of the property made it very pleasant to walk around. The cottage was well appointed with the log fire a real pleasure to sit around in the evening. The wife also appreciated the spa bath.

The property is easy to find. The cottages are well equipped and comfortable. The added extras such as freshly baked bread and a fire (in winter) were lovely. The hospitality was warm. There is easy access to Quinninup, Manjimup and Pemberton. The trout fishing was appreciated. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

It was a very relaxing stay. From the moment we put our foot in until we said goodby was joyful. Thanks for the owner. They waited us with freshly made bread ,home made jam, the room was heated with wood fire. This was just the beginning. The cottage was simple, spacious , stylish and elegant . The wild life around the cottage made us speechless ( the domestic animals as well😀)
