My husband and I stayed in the Juliet Cottage for 2 nights. It turned out to be a very cosy, tranquil place with all the things one needs (and more) – one just needs to bring some food (when inclined to self-cater) or just eat out at the local or Pemberton restaurants. We slept very well in the very comfortable bed and enjoyed being woken up by the many birds. When we were there Ken had a new WiFi set up for the guests, if one wishes or needs to keep in contact. Bev and Ken made us very welcome at their special place.

My husband and I stayed in the Hansel cottage for 2 nights to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. The cottages are situated in peaceful and tranquil surrounds where you feel (almost) one with nature. The cottage has everything you need - just bring your own food and drinks, or there are local dine in options. Town centre is only 15 mins drive away. The Hansel cottage upstairs has a lounge (with TV), dining and kitchen with balcony seating and bbq. Downstairs is a king bed, spa, en suite (shower and separate toilet), TV and outdoor veranda with seating. Rather luxurious, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Situated right next door to Karri Valley. Thank you Bev and Ken for special memories, you have outdone yourselves! Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed in the Gretel cottage. What a beautiful place to unwind and relax. The king bed and huge spa bath are located on the top floor. Downstairs is an open fireplace with comfy chairs to watch TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area in the corner. Step out onto the balcony upstairs or downstairs and look down into the tranquil surrounds. It seems like there is just you and the wildlife. Will definitely be back. So many great places to explore around the area. Very friendly and inviting owners who are more than happy to give information of the surrounding areas to explore.

We’ve been going to Beedelup House Cottages since 2006 but won’t be returning. It’s not luxurious, super clean or modern, but it’s quaint and secluded. We stayed in Maid Marion and the spa was a big draw card. The water was brown for the entire stay, despite bringing this to their attention. So we didn’t use the spa and didn’t drink the tapwater (having to go into Pemberton to buy water instead). I was given a small discount for three days of brown water, which was quite disappointing as normally we’d relax in there every night with a glass of wine and I felt a bigger discount was warranted. The place is rundown as you can see from the curtains in the photo and the brown water did not make it a pleasant stay.

Stayed in the Juliet cottage, an old-world charmer. Very private, peaceful stay with a comfortable bed & jacuzzi bath. Had everything we needed in the cottage. We savoured our breakfast out on the verandah, enjoying the sound of kookaburras & wildlife. Enjoyed our 2-night stay & hosts were lovely. Thank you so much, Bev!

We enjoyed 4 nights in the Hansel Cottage. So relaxing with a comfortable bed, lovely spa bath, and a private balcony with an abundance of bird life. I loved the easy access to beautiful walks around Beedelup Lake. You feel like you are in a fairytale and it was very difficult to leave such an idyllic place.

We went last month to this place for few nights. We stayed at the Romeo cottage with the spa. This is a poorly maintained old place.
1) dirty and old worn out sofa and carpet in the living room. 2) old broken bad shower which sprays water everywhere. 3) Cannot use outdoor sitting area. The chair and table is full of bird poo. 4) Bad quality Dvd and poor choice of dvd. 5) The water quality is so bad. It is yellow in color. There is no warning saying that you shouldn't drink the tap water. Even if you boil the water it is yellow color. 6) Bad customer service at the reception
In total, this is a badly maintained property that doesn't look anywhere near to the photos in their website.

We stayed in one of the gorgeous stone cottages - Gretel. The cottage is split level and the wood details demonstrate true craftmanship which is symbolic for this area. It was pure luxury with the spa and expecially with the brekkie, wine and chocs we had included. There are lots of activities in the area - and a lawn tennis court and swimming pool on site. It overlooks Karri Valley lake and is near to the waterfall (not much water running when we went) which you can walk too. Whilst it was a special occassion - we will definitely return. The hosts are really lovely too and go out of your way to ensure your experience is perfect.

My wife and I enjoyed 4 nights in the "GRETEL" cottage during a cold wet week in August. The cottage is beautifully crafted in Jarrah and stone and well appointed with big comfy warm bed, spa bath, well equipped small kitchen and cosy lounges. The outlook into the surrounding forest is delightful and we were visited by parrots and small birds on our balcony. Our only criticism would be that the damp firewood made it difficult to extract a good heat from the open fire and it made the upstairs bedroom quite smokey. Next time we would take a small heater to warm the downstairs living area for breakfast as it was not worth lighting the fire in the morning when you were going out to explore the many tourist spots. Warren National Park and the Beedelup Falls are fantastic.
