On the day to mandurah was the 14 of November 2021 and when we arrive to the hotel to check in. One of the elevators still work but it needs an upgrade. Not to mention it shakes so much. When we enter the room no wonder the kitchen stove stopped working unexpertely. The aircorn was confusing to control and it was very hot at that time so the A.C fan is not enough. When we went to the pools area it was a bit cold even though the sign said "Pools 28'c" But it was very cold and the food bar was very expensive and closed for now. Day 2. So we went for another swim in the pool and it finally became warm. But even though we check out at 10:00AM. We came at 9:45 but they still charge $200 for being late and also the parking is a bit small and crowded but lucky to find a parking spot in the hotel. Then we left and I say this hotel is the worst i ever seen in my life and also the rooms were already messy. So we decided to never go to this hotel again. I hope your company shut down!!!

Breakfast was overpriced for what you get, $15 for a few slices of toast some cereal and yogurt, or $25 for a full breakfast isn’t value for money. We also had pizza in the evening, I know my pizza and the bases weren’t made fresh on site, we ordered 4 and when they came out they were warm and not hot due to not being able to cook more then one at a time in the wood fire oven, this need to improve if you are going to continue with that pricing. We will be eating out next time we stay there.

While it isnt the most expensive hotel, it isnt value for money either. The rooms are tired and old and in need of some serious TLC, as is the rest of the hotel. You need a plumbing degree to use the showers safely. No water pressure and the temperature changes constantly. We were given a room with an 'ocean view' , which was in fact a view of the car park. We were woken up on both nights by noisy guests. As the walls are so thin, noise travels easily. One night, the hotel had about 50 teenagers staying there from a Perth high school and it was bedlam (i imagine the hotel is popular with large groups due to the cheaper price to stay there). On the plus side, the location is good if you like a walk along the canals, the kids enjoyed the pool and the staff were very friendly.

We stayed here for a long weekend away. We paid a fair decent price for the stay. The room we had was quite big and had stairs going up to another room up top which we had to block off at it’s metal and extremely steep for toddlers. The rooms are dated and tired and need a make over to keep them modern. The pool itself is the same and needs some tlc. I was VERY taken back by the smell of the public toilets downstairs by the games rooms. It was absolutely foul and unbearable to stay there.

Disappointed with this stay. Rooms weren't ready as advertised. Decor very dated and not well maintained. Lino ripped, limited cooking utensils in a "self contained apartment", not even a kitchen knife. Our shower despite following instructions for old plumbing went cold and scalding hot intermittently without taps being touched. The only power point in my room was behind the bed in the middle so difficult to reach. Staff were friendly though and rooms reasonably clean. ☺
