Booked 12 days in advance for a ground floor pool/garden view and close to the pool. This request was not responded to, so when we arrived was a bit angry on being allocated a room that was the further room away from the pool you could get and right next to the exit and entry gate. The air conditioning being used by other guests went all night and you can hear this in the room. Kitchen tap was broken. Room overly smelt of incense spray. Outside on balcony over looking vacant block, table was dirty and chairs, so couldnt sit on these until i cleaned them. The Pool area has only 6 lounge chairs for 72 rooms at this Resort, the spa itself was overtaken by adults sitting on edge with about 10 toddlers in the spa for about an hour. So no enjoying a spa at all, as no nappies on the toddlers and not one child was taken out for a toilet break. Overall location is good, it views nice online, but will never stay at this resort again.…

I was looking forward to staying here the night with my husband, kids and parents. I made a booking through Booking.com for a 3 bedroom apartment which was confirmed via email however; when I checked in I was told that the booking had gone through as 1 room for all six of us! As the hotel was already fully booked we were offered a Studio Room with one bed! When I asked for a refund I was told I needed to go through Booking.com and it was a mistake on their part. Two hours was spent trying to sort this out with Booking.com and get a refund. They blamed the hotel for not putting the booking through sccordingly. In the end, my parents stayed with night for free in the Studio Room, which was pretty basic. There was a cobweb over the bed. The receptionist did give us a bottle of wine and after our Christmas Canal Cruise we made our way home. A real waste of time and money!…

C Mandurah Resort & Serviced Apartments is the ideal place to stay whilst in Mandurah. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a quick overnight girls getaway . Although a little dated (especially the kitchen), it was very clean and had 2 bathrooms . Beds were super comfy and linen was of superior quality. Resort gardens and pool area are beautiful and well maintained. Reception staff were very accommodating and allowed us late checkout to midday at no extra cost! Thankyou. Would stay here again, possibly for longer next time!

We recently had a weekend away for our wedding anniversary and chose this resort because of the great security for vehicles and the great location. The reception lady was really friendly, the room well presented. The shower was a bit mouldy, but passable... but we were most disappointed by the lack of hot water - all three times we tried to have a shower it went cold within about 3-4 mins, I’ve never had that problem with any other hotel before so was really disappointed!! We called up the caretaker in the evening about it and she just said it was likely because the people upstairs had just had a shower, but for that to happen all three times it seems unlikely?! Surely it would be an easy fix also, so hope they fix it soon!

C Mandurah Resort & Serviced Apartments is ideally situated to all eateries along Mandurah parade within walking distance, 400m to shopping centre. Receptionist was friendly and helpful the 1 Brm was situated ground floor with access out to the patio it was clean, comfortable dble bed , separate bathroom/ shower/ toilet, the small kitchenette had everything from electric jug, toaster , microwave and to the big screen tv. Even though there was Wifi unable to connect to the internet this was the only let down. Overall great place would recommend.
