This is a great little park. It s located around 4k from town with an easy drive in. The ladies in the office were very friendly and made you feel welcome from the minute you walk in. The ground staff and cleaners greeted you with a smile snd hello. The amenities we were near are very clean and I would imagine it would be no different in the other one. The grounds are well maintained and sites are watered when they can be. We didn’t my use the pool but ghd pool area looked nice snd had some shade. I would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here 3 times with my family and highly recommend it. The facilities are perfect for families and the staff are always super helpful. Tent sites are located right next to the kids playground, making it easy to supervise kids while relaxing.

Staff, facilities, sites, cant be faulted. We think this is one of the best parks we have stayed at. Since the last review they have also installed a disabled toilet, shower etc. We don’t have young children but the kids facilities and pool are brilliant. If you want the best at reasonable prices this is it. Food trucks, sundowners with entertainment, competitions. Can’t wait for our next visit.

First place we wanted to go after lockdown with our new to us caravan bought just before it all happened. We felt very confident going here first as we had experienced the friendliness and helpful staff from previous visits in our camper trailer. There is nothing to beat the sound of children laughing and having fun outside. The ensuite was clean and gave us a feeling of confidence at all the extra measures taken to ensure everybody’s safety. We most definitely will be back again and again.

We brought our grandchildren and nieces here for a couple of days in a
Caravan and tent and totally wished we could have stayed longer. The Park is clean, well kept and the children’s playground, jumping pillow and pool were excellent and we certainly got our moneys worth there!!
When we were booking our site the office was very helpful in getting us a suitable site for our family. We had a lovely time and the grandies have voted we come back again!!

Our first stop was at this caravan park. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and were personally guided directly to our powered site. We received some well thought our gifts with our park instructions.
Pet friendly park.
Free Wi-Fi which unfortunately we couldn't connect too.
Well maintained men and women's ablutions. Beautifully kept grounds.
We have family in Mandurah and we will likely return to this park in the future.

All staff were super helpful and friendly. We received a bottle of wine as our room was not ready at check in time. Our badminton shuttlecock got stuck in a tree and a gentleman on staff helped us get it down.
Entire park was clean and tidy. We saw staff cleaning constantly.

Pulling up at office, gave us a feel we would like this place. We got an ensuite. A staff member showed us to our sight. Setting up we found there was a tv plug to hook up our tv to. Our ensuit was very clean. Being school holidays there was plenty of kids to do. The camp kitchen and the coffee house very clean. They have food truck nights. We found the staff and this park very good

If i could rate 10 out 10 the girls in the office are brilliant. The other staff 10 out 10. From discharged from Fiona Stanley burns unit was a long wend, Donna searched, juggled and persevered, she could accommodate me. Customer service to the max!!
The other staff met my whims, I couldn't push the keys on the remote, call taxis, anything I asked was met 10mins max. I am right handed, injury right arm. Bandaged , huge splint, talking daffy duck! A beautiful place for honeymoon in the chalets. I am talking amazing. Thank you to all the staff (& the free bread!). Stay here, u will not be disappointed.

I would not recommend you stay there without a car unless you want to use taxi's to get around. It is situated 5km away from the main part of Mandurah with limited public transport.
The park is about 7-10 mins outside the CBD but only 5 mins from a major shopping centre.

At Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park we have a 2 night minimum stay over the July School Holidays, and a 2 night minimum stay over weekends.
As the others have mentioned, we do have a 3 night minimum stay over Long Weekends and a 7 night minimum stay over the Christmas and New Year period.

depending on what you want ..powered site start at $36.50 a night for 2 people we all ways get a ensuite powered site which start at $44.50 a night for 2 people ...onsite price s are for cabins starting at $95 best to call the staff are all ways willing to help you with what you need :) hope this helps :)
