We hired Cabin one for New Years Eve 2019 . It was budget accommodation but considering it was peak time and it was clean and cosy. We were a little close to the main road. So if we go back I will definitely ask for one further back from the main road. It did get warm quite quickly but there was one air conditioner in the double room but not where the bunk beds were. We were lucky it wasn't 40c whilst there. The locality is really great. The beach and it was only a 15 minute walk to the foreshore. Maybe a 20 min walk to the Marina. Always a lot to do in Mandurah. It has always been a great destination for families.

We stayed a single night in a park cabin. The cabins are cute, well equiped and great value.
The park itself is really nice and is an organic layout probably having grown over decades.
There are lots of live in residents there, so the grounds a really pretty.
We’d stay again.

Staff are warm and welcoming. No problems with other campers. Laundry, toilet, playground available. We had private accommodation anyway. Walking distance to beach, great Asian takeaway, IGA, tavern across the road, chemist. Short drive to the Mandurah Forum shopping center. Great affordable place to stay.

Great location close to boardwalk facilities, beach and shops.
Very clean and well kept toilets, showers and laundry.
Great bbq area.
Loved the friendly staff and long term residents.
Felt very safe.
Myself and others had belongings left out overnight without issue.
Park is doing ongoing upgrades and improvements and it shows.
Would recommend.

We booked 3 nights on a powered site. Many of the barbecues are taped off …swings taped off …packed in like sardines . Caravans are so packed together that you could hear the conversations in the next van. Our caravan was next to a permanent and she smoked all day long and then when she had finished she just threw the butt on to the ground …disgusting…no respect. The road noise was s really annoying. Won’t stay again unless they spend some money and improve the facilities.

We had a great stay at Belvedere CP! The managers are the loveliest couple who went out of their way to make our stay a very enjoyable one :) Our dog was very welcome and there is a dog beach only a 5 minute walk away. The camp kitchen is really modern and there is also bbqs dotted throughout the park. Amenities are modern and clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved being so close to Mandurah and Dolphin Quays was amazing to spot so many dolphins! Large sites to suit all types of equipment. We would definitely recommend this park and hope to come back again to stay. Thanks again!

I needed a cheap place for a night and this little park served that purpose. My little blue cabin was much fresher on the inside than the exterior portrayed.
Everything was clean, relatively new, and very tidy. The kitchen was equipped with every appliance you’d need for a weekend with the family. Full size fridge and dining table, but a pint sized bathroom.
I will highly recommend this cabin for value. However....
My cabin 78 was literally 15m from the main road. Traffic noise is terrible night and day. Ask for one a bit further back.
Now and then I would get a waft of something I’d describe as between a mouse smell and old bait. It was especially evident outside around the cabin. Can’t explain that, but that would explain the nice deodoriser inside the cabin.
There are a bunch of restaurants within walking distance to the south, but 3 of the 4 have shut for good, so don’t rely on the brochures in the information folder.
Once again.... good value for the money. This particular cabin isn’t suitable for a nice quiet escape.

This is a terrible caravan park. During our short stay (5 nights), police attended the site on 2 separate occasions, which made us feel unsafe. It rained on one of the night we stayed and the roof on one of the cabins we hired, leaked into the room and soaked the whole floor and all our clothing. Some of the people within our group could not book for on site cabins, and stayed at another competitor motel elsewhere in Mandurah. As it turned out, their accommodation was of the same price we paid, but they had more comfortable accommodation and better facilities. There does not appear to be any assistance provided to relatively inexperienced on-site staff by the owner of this caravan park.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We suggest for future reference that if there is a problem, with accommodation/facilities, that you raise this with the park. That way they can address the problem during your stay which is a more favourable outcome for all parties. We are very disappointed with your 1 star review.

We stayed there over the Christmas holidays. Perfect, facilities are new and clean, perfect location. Will definitely be staying there again. Beach is a ten minute walk, 15 minutes to dolphin quay and foreshore.
