Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Spent 8 days at number 3 park. Had a drive through site with some grass. Showers and toilets clean and tidy with soap dispenser with paper towels,
Reception was helpful and friendly. Ground staff was always busy keeping the place tidy and lawns mowed and watered.
The only negative we had is the millions of small black ants so be prepared to bring your surface spray and ant powder. I don't know what management can do about this except warn people when they arrive?
Will go back next year if we can get in

It was a public holiday weekend and we were reluctant to book expecting it to be busier than usual. It obviously was however, bathrooms, kitchen and BBQs cleaned early mornings ready for the day, and kept spotlessly clean. This was our first time with the camper and staff offered to assist with parking up, pointing us in the right direction. Very friendly team. This was not our first visit, we have been many times before.. didn't disappoint. Great park. Well managed. We stayed on site 3.

I stayed at Park 3 and was very surprised at the lushness of the green lawns and beautiful peppermint trees. Park 3 doesn’t really cater for kids so this seemed like a more “adult” space. Sites were large, well spaced and the many large trees gave a sense of privacy. 60m walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to town. Amazing coffee places in very close proximity too. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Very happy to recommend

We have taken a powered site at this park many times and we keep coming back. Park 1 has plenty of shady sites and close to all local amenities such as beaches, cafes, Busselton Jetty and town. Don't use my car much during our visit.
The groundstaff are helpful, particularly Mr Swan, who on request, will help you navigate your rig into perfect position 10/10.
Ablutions are now dated, but they are clean and have a radio playing 70/80 or 90's music in the background. Popular for us older generation.
In my opinion, this is a great choice when visiting Busso.

This is a lovely caravan park walking distance from the restaurants and foreshore. Close to the skatepark if you have kids. Everything is clean and tidy and the staff was super friendly. The stands are big enough, we were 10 people at one time visiting on one stand and we had more than enough space.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two week annual holiday, staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were cleaned daily, generally kept cleaned through day. Very much appreciated the dump point in the park, made life very easy.
Can recommend to all.

Excellent shady Park, lots trees.
Close to beach, short walk.
Great facilities and town walking distance.
Perfect for holidays all ages.
Great cabins.
Great BBQ, ablutions, green grass.
Good access.
Great for kids, playing fields opposite.
Large shady sites.
Managers close but not annoying.
Perfect stay. Recommend way above peppermint grove beach park which is noisy, has less shade, small donga accom and far less facilities.
Also better beach and closer walk to beach.
Here only 100m to beach-peppy beach is 500m-hardly a short walk.
Recommend busselton jetty caravan park over all others, relaxed, friendly, shady.

We stayed in area 3, what a great place. Our family felt safe and really enjoyed stay close to the beach. What we love is you can take your dogs with you. There is no fencing area just lock ur valuables away and you don’t need to worry about them. Was very quiet and relaxing, everyone was very friendly.

Top park, very helpful staff, clean toilets, very secure. Had 5 nights at number 3 park with our friends. Walking distance to town the jetty and coffee shops. The gardener/ maintenance man assisted with reversing and parking our caravan.
Lots of different birds paid our sites visits.

The staff were inviting and welcoming. The amenities were always spotless. The grounds and whole site are immaculate and well maintained due to the excellent hard work of the groundsman!!
Staying at the park alone, I felt totally safe and well looked after.
Wayne the manager and groundsman were very kind in helping me when I had electric issues with my van.
It’s central to shops, jetty, the beach, pubs and restaurants!
Will definitely recommend!

Can you bring dogs if camping or in a caravan?
Answer from Joanne M
Hi Shannon , We allow dog but they must be on a lead or confined onto your site at all times, to clean up after them, to stop the barking immediately and they can not be left unattended at any time. Kind Regards BJTP
