Had a great time at Broad Water Resort, very clean plenty of things to do for children great location. Children enjoyed playing tennis on great ecellent courts. Good barbecue area, the only thing which would have made it better is free Wi Fi in rooms.

Stayed 3 nights in a 3 bedroom villa with wife and 4 kids. The layout of the villas was excellent, loft bedroom upstairs, two beds two baths kitchen living area downstairs. The property itself needs an upgrade, facilities including pool tennis courts and restaurant were pretty good. The staff were amazing. All up pretty ok

Stayed for one night in a one bedroom apartment . Nice and clean but old and in need of some serious bathroom renovations, our spa toilet and basin were pink probably the original products when first built. Check in was good but service later on in the evening from front reception very poor the lady just wanted to close up...

Room was nice, near the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had all we needed for cooking the basics and we were able to ask for anything else we required. Lovely atmosphere and will definitely go back next time :)

Paid almost $600 for 2 nights in a unit in the main area. Quite nice, although it would be nice if others respected other guests and didnt have huge family gathering late and early. One thing that annoys me though and i know its petty.. its not hard to put a doona inside the cover. I hate when cleaners are...

Stayed three nights in a three bedroom tennis villa. Very nice view of tennis court and when we stayed during the week it was lovely and quiet. Outdoor and indoor pools were enjoyed , and a short walk to beach. A few maintenance issues in unit needed to be addressed but otherwise a most enjoyable stay and would recommend.

This is the second time we have stayed here in the last year. This time though we chose a beach villa thinking it was right on the beach. But no it wasn't! For $360 per night it was really disappointing to get here and realize we are no where near the beach, it is more like 5 mins walking away...
