Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The room & facilities were clean, no complaints about the accommodation.

However, at around 6.30am this morning (Saturday) a car pulled up outside my door and a woman came to my door and used a key to enter the room. I screamed and told her to get out. Which she did. I looked out the window and she’s gesturing that she is sorry.
I was on my own, having come down for a funeral, the door was locked and I put the chair in front of it, because there was no safety chain on the door. When I checked out I told the desk manager who couldn’t have cared less. There was woman sitting next to him that asked if I had locked the door properly. Yes I really did lock the stupid door. It’s really spooked me … not happy with their lack of concern or customer service. People be aware and take care

Check in efficient and staff friendly. Room dated but clean and well equipped . Wifi weak and not available to all rooms, ok around the admin building. Pool area ok but not protected from the elements, although there is shady trees in the vicinity

Budget accomodation next to highway, quiet though. Room has a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge, clean room. Bathroom was tiny, not even a proper hand wash basin , more a shower and toilet facility 1mx1.5m. It suited us well for a short stay, but might be a bit small for a longer stay.

My wife and I have stayed her twice, both times for several days. We always found the rooms spotlessly clean and well equipped and serviced. The staff were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay enjoyable. I recommend this motel without hesitation and will certainly stay here again. Thank you, John

It was a last minute booking so very little was available. The room was very dirty, smelly and just unappealing. Very dusty with disgusting bathroom and dirty towels . Other guests at the hotel were loud and rude. Overall was very disappointed and think it is very over priced even for a cheap hotel!

This accommodation should be taken off the listings. The most undesirable place I have seen and stayed in. Over run with ants made for a very miserable stay. 2 bedroom unit was in fact a partitioned bedsit. They need gutting and given a good clean. No one lives like this so you should not expect to stay in should a hovel and pay $150 a night for it.

I would not stay here again not recommend it to others. The soap holder in the shower was caked in soap scum. The exterior of the toilet bowl was very dirty. Dishes needed a good clean and on this note if you leave your dishes unclean there is a note you will be charged $15! I guess purple just wipe out their dishes so they don't get charged?? This I have never come across in all the numerous accommodation I have stayed in. Our accommodation was to be paid for on arrival but was taken from credit card beforehand which was very inconvenient as there were two couples in two different rooms and both rooms were charged to my sister's credit card.
However the bed was comfortable.

have never seen a cockroach in the 18mths i have been staying there on a regular basis 6 or more times a year for 2to4days i am not concerned about the gardens etc as i can see the owners are building new rooms etc have stayed at others that are on the cheap side but never had full stove, microwave, working airconditioner so they become more expensive as you have to buy takeaway food. The staff are very friendly and helpful some other hotels don't have friendly staff and the ones that did have friendly staff have changed hands. This motel's staff value their customers.
