Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Budget accomodation next to highway, quiet though. Room has a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge, clean room. Bathroom was tiny, not even a proper hand wash basin , more a shower and toilet facility 1mx1.5m. It suited us well for a short stay, but might be a bit small for a longer stay.

Stayed June 2020, for $79 the room was clean, well appointed and excellent value for money. Unfortunately, beyond the control of the hotel management we had some extremely unfavorable neighbors involved in a late night domestic dispute which resulted in the police visiting - this lead to a very restless night.

We stayed here overnight on our way South. We had an end of terrace cabin and the car was parked outside the room. Very useful oven. Bathroom adequate. Bed comfortable. We found all the places we stayed comfortable and clean. The internet was better in reception.

Booked a cottage for one night. The rioms were clean, however all the standards- shower, air con, wifi were well below expectation or not available. The reverse cycle was only in lounge and is not useful for individual rooms. NO wifi, eventhough it was stated to be available on booking.

I stayed here for a few nights whilst working in the area. Basic rooms that are well cleaned, and have basic amenities. The outside of the place doesn't look great and is a bit off putting. Good value for budget travellers.

A very clean, older motel. Comfortable and with the kitchen basics of toaster and microwave. I self cater so ideal. The bed was the most comfortable I have encountered on a really long trip. It is not out of Belle magazine; but everything I wanted was there and at a good price. Lovely cheery manager.
