Stayed in Villa 16 for 3 nights, absolutely perfect. Villa was immaculate, very well equipped. Beds were extremely comfortable with lovely white linen, pristine white fluffy towels also supplied. Accommodation was faultless. Resort is fantastically maintained with friendly staff, no hesitation in recommending. It's in a perfect location, less than 2 minutes walk to the beach

We have stayed at Amalfi a number of times and on each occsion have found the booking process very easy- always by phone but you can book via their website.
Recepton staff are always very friendly and helpful
We had a 2 bedroom unit which was great , spotlessly clean with aircon on for us when we arrived which was most appeciated.
The bed was comfy with excellent linen and the room has a large wardrobe with lots os space for hanging and storage and extra pillows and rugs.
In the bathroom is the walk-in shower and a washing machine and drier. There is also an airer whch we always use in prefernce to the drier.
The kitchen is well equipped.
Car parking is right at the door so only a few steps from the car with luggage.
Highly recommended

We decided on a long weekend away to Busselton and wanted reasonably sized accommodation with access to a pool, the beach and the town centre. Amalfi worked for us on all three requirements. Although the town centre is a good 40 minutes walk away its a very pleasant walk along the beach, or alternatively there is a walkway just a few metres inland. We booked through Booking.com and secured a free upgrade from a one bedroom villa to a two bedroom one.
The complex was pretty quiet and they accommodated us 2 hours earlier than their desired check in of 2pm, which we were very happy with. We had chosen a poolside villa, but in fact it overlooked the children's play area and tennis court. Luckily neither were used much by other residents. Very few villas actually overlook the pool, but Amalfi classes all of the villas that immediately surround the pool, children's play area and the tennis courts as 'poolside'. So beware.
We also had people move into the 'apartment' above us during the stay and there was quite a bit of noise transfer, especially from the toilet in the middle of the night!
Notwithstanding that the villa was very clean, comfortable and set up for a great stay. The staff were very friendly and as already mentioned very accommodating considering our early arrival.
The closest beach is just 5 minutes walk away. Not many people there, nice white sand and beautiful warm sea. Perfect.

Have stayed here many times in various room types so feel qualified to give an honest review of this resort. Firstly, the staff, so warm and welcoming - can't do enough to help. The resort grounds are immaculate including around the heated pool, spa and BBQ area. The rooms have all you need plus tea/coffee sachets and a small carton UHT milk to get you started for a self-contained holiday. The beds are comfy with spare rugs, pillows. Everything is neat and clean but some things are getting a little tired eg the kitchen/bathroom vanity benchtops but that is normal wear and tear from a well-used facility. It is quite pricy but so is most accommodation in this region. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away down a quiet side street. The staff will do everything to make your stay enjoyable and I look forward to being a regular guest.

We - 2 grandparents, daughter and grand daughter- spent 3 nights in a 2 bed unit.
The unit was well appointed, very comfortable beds and linen, laundry facilities and with cooking amenities, which was great for breakfast, also the French Bakery van was a great asset arranged by the Amalfi people.
The Amalfi is well located close to all restaurants and local services and an easy drive to all the best sights to visit like Canal Rocks, Sugar Loaf, the Lighthouse, all the fab wineries and Margaret River. We would highly recommend the Amalfi Resort special thanks to Lorraine!!!!

We had a lovely stay (as always) in a 2-bedroomed villa, number 31. The staff are exceptional and accommodating. Although our room wasn't ready when we arrived we were made to feel welcome and every effort was made to accommodate us soon after.
We would have given the stay and property 5 stars if there had been block out drapes and a private terrace. Unfortunately the vertical blinds were broken and it was impossible to block out daylight and streetlights at night. Due to the broken blinds, privacy was also an issue. The terrace was shared with the neighbouring villa and it felt a little intimidating to sit out and relax.
Should the owners of the villa decide to install blockout drapes and a privacy screen on the terrace we would have no hesitation staying in this villa again.
The villa itself was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a short stay.
Sadly our stay was cut short due to COVID-19 restrictions and enforcement. However, we are already planning a return visit in March 2021.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review us and I'm so pleased you had a wonderful stay - you have made some lovely comments. I'm sorry to hear that you had a broken vertical blind - we certainly would've fixed this immediately for you had we have know during your stay but thank you for alerting us to this, problem is now resolved. Your large covered outdoor area is normally a treat for some however I do understand that some guests really like private yards - we've already created your next booking and have provided you such a villa - I'm sure you will love it! Looking forward to seeing you again.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 kids. Loved the hotel, apartments were nice and the pool was a hit with the kids. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the hotel manager. Even though we followed all instructions for cleaning dishes, disposing of rubbish, etc, we were charged a cleaning fee because "the dishes were not put away and the floors were not vacuumed". It was a bit unreasonable. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend staying here with kids, unless you feel like thoroughly cleaning the apartment when you leave.

It is always appreciated when guests treat the accommodation they book with respect. Our Villas are self -contained and are prepared for our guests to enjoy. We do request that all items are cleaned and returned to the same condition in which they were presented on arrival. (Additional charges are applied when we are required to remove butter and food from the walls, floor, carpet and dining chairs). We want our guests to have a pleasant experience and are pleased that you and your children were able to enjoy the resort.

We just had a two night weekend stay. Very friendly staff, nice facilities, rooms were well equipped and enough essentials such as coffee, tea and sugar; also clean towels, toilet roll, shampoo, conditioner and soap for when you arrive and options to bring your own or buy more from reception. This was a home from home so you don’t need to pack your hairdryer or iron . The beds were comfortable and although the villa isn’t brand new or really modern, it was clean and more than adequate. We loved the location, just a couple of streets from the beach and central for exploring. It is great value for money. We didn’t get time to use the pool or other facilities but even in winter there were other families enjoying these lovely amenities. Our room looked on to the pool, communal bbq and tennis court and was great for catching the sun. There were children riding around on their scooters, having fun and it was really family friendly. We can’t wait to come back for longer next time when the summer comes. We definitely recommend this place.

We stayed in Busselton because we couldn't afford to stay in Margaret river. This was one of the cheapest places we could find with 4 days notice (The comfort inn motel was only cheaper). We were happy with the 2 bedroom villa (villa 25) as it was the perfect size for 3 adults. The decor is nice but its very old with stains all over the tables and blinds, chips on all the doors, fridge was hard to get cold (freezer was fine) and the sofa is well past its use by date For $310 a night, I think it could of been a slightly better but I understand this resort is pretty old. Bearing in mind, i think this place is great for familys as there was kids everywhere on their scooters and bikes and in the pool. When we were there a French baker drove her van into the resort (8:45am to 9am, sat & sun) to sell her pastry's. That was quite handy. And we got our newspaper from the Caltex next door.(250meters).

Thank you for taking the time to review us, I'm sorry that you found your 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa worn - we pride ourselves on cleanliness and providing great facilities. Granted Villa 25 isn't a fully renovated villa like many of ours (we are still half way through the process with that particular villa) we have always found it a lovely one and often requested despite a couple of little knicks or scratches. I do appreciate you bringing this to our attention though as we really find honest feedback very helpful and do take notice. So pleased you liked the bakery van dropping by, Fre Jac French Bakery is an institution around here! Warm Regards

The resort is situated 5 minutes from Busselton town centre. Each unit came with free parking .
We booked the loft unit which came with one bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed and an upstairs bedroom with 3 single beds .
Beds were comfortable. There was a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave . The dining table could sit six comfortably . The sofas in the small living room could sit 4 comfortably .
There was a bathroom with shower , sink and a Fisher and Paykel washing machine and dryer .
Heating was adequate and wifi was good .
There was also a small swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi.
Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely return if we come to Busselton in the future .

Hello, yes we do have Two Bedroom/One Bathroom Villas that are on the ground floor level - just ask us when you book!
There is a coffee machine in your Villa so you can make yourself a coffee whenever you feel like one. We are about half 1 km from a drive through coffee outlet, so you will get your coffee fix every day!
Hi Elsa,
Thank you for your message - we would love to host you.
We are the closest resort to Busselton - so It is only a short 3km to the town centre where the big Coles and Woolworths are located.
We also have an express IGA about 1KM from our property as well.
I hope this helps!
If you would like me to provide a quote for your stay please feel free to email me: stay @ amalfiresort. com. au
Warm regards
Kelly
Hello silkdale - thank you for the email. I had a good chuckle at your message! We have a Corner Store just around the corner that does great burgers and fish n' chips - or call Hodge Podge Woodfired Pizza from the bus (if the driver is ok to stop to pick it up - they should be) on 9755 0507 and order pizza. We also have Chinese that deliver and Dominoes Pizza plus Red Rooster delivery service if that helps.
You can silkdale. There is a beautiful flat coastal track for walking and cycling all the way to Busselton (3km)
