The property has 50 one, two and three bedroom apartments, situated amongst beautiful landscaped gardens, located within a 1 minute drive to the Albany city centre. We stayed for two nights in Albany and the apartments were a great place to base ourselves. The apartments had everything we needed to make your trip easier, however the oven is so small you cannot cook much in there and the parking spaces are so tight you can hardly squeeze out of the door. On arrival we looked around the apartment and as we have two young children looked at their room. The windows were not secure and could be opened quite easily, secured only with a small piece of wood. I emailed the out of hours email, but to no reply. The next day the lovely receptionist arranged for maintenance to attend, who was also lovely and he fixed it straight away. The breakfast the next morning was also fantastic. Overall the apartment was good, however the slight set back early on was a concern. The staff make this place, they were so helpful and lovely.

My mum and I stayed here when we were in Albany recently for a family wedding, as did my brother in a one bedroom apartment and my daughter & her family in a 3 bedroom. All of us were very happy with our choice of accommodation which we felt was reasonably priced and good value for money. The apartments are in a good location on the main road into the centre of town in a beautiful garden setting. Our two bedroom queen apartment was spacious, well laid out and simply but tastefully furnished with everything you would need for your stay whether it be just over night or for a few weeks. It was also very clean and well maintained which is always a top priority for me. The staff were fabulous, very friendly and obliging with our pre-visit phonecalls and during our stay. I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone coming to stay in the beautiful city of Albany.

Right from the very moment we arrived we were glad we booked a 3 night stay, the rooms were spacious, well presented and proved exceptional value especially if you are a Quality/Choice hotels member. Shelagh at reception went over and above helping us out with tips on where to go, what to see and even delivered us to their partner restaurant Rustlers (which I really recommend as well). All in all the best value property we stayed at during our WA trip

Our room was absolutely fine. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom quiet/dark and the shower hot/powerful. The whole property was meticulously clean. Reception staff were very helpful. It was only a short drive to all the eating places in York Street. NB there is no restaurant on site (except for breakfast). You MUST walk along the board walk 80 metres above the ocean over by the wind farm. The views are stunning.

I couldn't sleep because I could hear every single car whiz by on the busy Albany highway. I tried to distract myself but the wifi but it was incredibly slow. I don't know if the units at the back of the property are quieter but getting a non noisy unit shouldn't have to be a lottery. The owners should either soundproof the rooms or disclose at the time of booking that the room being booked will be subject to street noise. Overall, not an appealing place to stay.

The first moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile, which set the tone for a great weekend stay. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds! It had everything you need including a split system heater and comfy couch. The main bedroom had a tv too, the only thing we marked it down for was the Foxtel not working and the restaurant/bar wasn’t open. Wifi was a bit slow but would still highly recommend staying here. Was also nice and close to town centre.

This hotel is a short drive from town with clean, spacious bedroom/dining and room service available. Communication with staff was easy with lots of information about Albany and its surrounds available. The bathroom/shower is small but useable. The highlight was being able to spot an endangered western ringtail possum on site which was very cute.

I arrived on the 8th July approximately at 7pm, the staff went out of their way for us as we were travelling afar. Im so impressed with their customer service, they even turned the air conditioning on for our arrival. One of the best places and to top it off they provided free breakfast for all 4 of us.

The rooms were so clean & well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb in every way and had the same consistency all days! They had all types of eggs, sausages, cereals, fresh juices, noodles, hashbrowns etc. Also, we loved the staff for being so friendly and nice. They always accommodated our needs whenever we asked for it. The hotel is located in the city center and it is close to everything around it. Overall, we loved our stay there and we would come back again for sure!

We stayed here when we had to leave Stirling Range Retreat early due to fire, and we took what accommodations we could find in the area. We were lucky to find a room, even for one night. The layout of the "complex" was very nice, more like a little community than a motel. Our unit had covered parking, which would be nice on a hot day. If you need a place with a kitchen, or have a family, or just want something more like a home, it's a great option. We stayed in a unit that hadn't been used for a while but was opened up because of the need due to the bushfire. It had a few kinks, but the staff were apologetic and helpful. If I needed a place in Albany again, I would definitely consider coming back.

We have both executive King spa rooms as well as both one and two bedroom Queen spa suites. All are large rooms with kitchen, living area, dining table and large sofa. Please call us or go to our site for more information and photos.
