We planned our Albany trip on 30th and we have spent 3 nights at the hotel. On an overall note we had a really good time at our stay in Big4 Middleton. Main bed room quilt sheets are occupied lightly with dust. except that rest everything is perfect. I can recommend others to visit this place. It is very near to almost everything you look out in Albany.

Our check in at BIG4 Middleton Beach was great. The park is open a little later and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Our powered site was a great size, open and clean. The facilities were clean and bright. The BBQ worked easily. We enjoyed our overnight stay out of the wind.

I would have rated this place excellent except that there was no workable wifi available. Hopefully this problem which the management says is caused by Telstra and is affecting the whole area of Albany will be remedied soon. The property adjoins a beautiful white sand beach that in warmer weather would be marvelous to enjoy. Everything is very clean, and the cabin I stayed in had everything I needed to fix my own simple meals except for a paring knife and measuring cups (need both wet and dry). I appreciated having a large bowl to cook my oatmeal in the microwave. There's a lovely toy room and lounge above the office, a large recreation room, and a swimming pool and an enclosed hot tub out of the breeze which sadly I didn't have time to enjoy. I wasn't caravaning this trip, but having done a lot of it, this park is very attractive and it looks like I would have enjoyed that experience as well. Two laundry facilities, one near the office and one farther out into the caravan area, I did make good use of. Highly recommend! …

Great accommodation, central location. Staff were amazing and cabin was very clean. Plenty of parking, not too many children, but lots of facilities for kids if you had them. Went to the other big4 in Albany and preferred the Middleton beach one, more our style.

Loved Middleton Beach. Beautiful spot. Great caravan park. Good access and kept in excellent condition. Our favourite was the indoor heated spa. We look forward to coming again and staying longer next time. Highly recommend and thanks for having us.

Fantastic caravan park. Great location just 200 metres from the beach. All amenities clean & wonderful. Staff happy to assist, excellent customer service. Great activities for children during school holidays.

We stayed at Beach House 6 which had a wonderful view, friendly staff, and great amenities. Everything you need for a comfortable holiday at a great location with plenty of food options close by. We will be back again!

Excellent park! Caravan Park is in an excellent location- flat sites, clean amenities and staff were absolutely lovely. Given we have a little one we were able to use the family bathroom which was just phenomenal- such an amazing addition for families. Our only downside was other guests - little respect for others when letting their children use the spa as playground. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to others.

This was our first time ever staying in a holiday park but decided to give it a go after reading such positive reviews. I booked a two bedroom spa cabin which was fantastic! Situated right on the beach so we could hear the waves and down one end of the park, away from the kids area so it was blissfully quiet. The cabin had everything we could possibly need. A well equipped kitchen, comfy king size bed, big bathroom with spa and everything was spotlessly clean. The location was also fantastic being right on the beach with great walking paths to Emu Point one way and around the hedland to the port the other way. There are local restaurants within walking distance or it’s just a short drive into town. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely return.
