Location, loved the shower because of the water pressure and temperature. Beautiful park close to the beach, everything appeared well maintained. The cabin we had was great, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen area and separate dining and lounge room. Nice place outside to sit. Whilst we didn't use many facilities there looked plenty to use. BBQ's and rubbish bins well situated. The laundry we did use (there are two) had about 4 machines and dryers.
The location of the third bed behind the bunk bed in the second bedroom made it difficult to get in and out of. We only had one person in this room, it would have been a bit cramped with 3.

We have now been coming to stay at the Beach houses at Big 4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park for about 10 years. They were near new when we started coming and were awesome. After all this time you would be forgiven for thinking they were still brand new. Impeccably maintained (as is the whole Holiday Park) it is always a joy to arrive to the sound of the ocean and the views over Middleton Beach. Even in winter it is spectacular - the heating works well and the hot water shower pressure is wonderful after a cold walk along the beach, and all the accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. The location is wonderful - right on the beach, a short walk to cafes or bars for meals or a quiet drink and a short drive to town or numerous wonderful exploring opportunities. Our favourites always include the Anzac Museum and surrounds, Denmark and Greens Pool, the Gap and surrounding areas, Whalers Cove and Goode Beach. Or just relaxing with a good book and spectacular view. This is our favourite place to be and I congratulate the staff for doing an amazing job with this wonderful accommodation.

What an amazing place to come & stay!

On our travels, we chose this holiday park because of location & also from what it had to offer us as a family travelling with a Special Needs Teenager.

Our son enjoyed swimming and spa time everyday.

Robyn from the front reception was absolutely fantastic.
So accommodating and understanding of his needs.
Even when he was being bullied by two young ladies (teenagers) all the other guests were friendly.
Robyn did her best to explain he was Special Needs, unfortunately not everyone in this world is as friendly.

The park amenities are very accommodating, we were able to do washing etc to catchup on all our clothes needing to be cleaned.

Fishing locations nearby were handy. We were able to cast a line and catch a few.

Everything was comfortable in our cabin. We do suggest one door at least has a lock (main bedroom door) for privacy reasons.

A mop also in the cabin may be a handy idea to help wipe up water from bathroom use and swimming pool use instead of our towels.

We look forward to coming back soon to this AMAZING park!

The Big 4 Park at Middleton Beach is a super well maintained park right on the beach. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Large grassy sites back on to the beach and there is direct access to the bike path that goes in to town and all along the coast.
A heated pool and spa were fantastic to return to after a day cycling. Loved it :)

We stayed in a 3 bedroom beach house for a one night stay over to see relatives in Albany.
The Park was very clean, manicured, spaciously set out and efficiently run with pleasant and professional staff.
The 3 bedroom beach houses were well appointed and good value for money - highly recommend for a family holiday by the beach.

Very neat holiday park, lovely staff & Great location. The villas were well equipped and very clean. We spent 6 nights there and would be more than happy to return. Other family members booked the beach side 2 story villas and they were as neat and tidy as ours with exceptional views of the bay.

Stayed in 2 bedroom cabin with 3 adults for a couple of nights
Organised check in and cabin was as always, spotless
Have stayed here many times in various different rooms and cabins and always enjoy a great stay
On this occasion, i stayed int he second bedroom of 2 bed cabin. I will note that there is single bunk beds plus another single bed.
These beds are not suitable for adults. Very hard and difficult to sleep in, to the point that i considered sleeping on the couch the second night
Consider this when booking as it is not a pleasant night at all on a timber bed with very thin mattress designed for children
Other than that, everything was great
Will definitely stay again

Thank you for your review and feedback. The 2 bedroom chalets are more suited to families with children and we do try to move people when they book this option if the party is all adults. Sometimes we are already at capacity and it is not possible. I am glad you enjoyed everything else about your stay and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

We booked this accomodation in Nov 2020 to stay for 3 nights in Feb 2021. We booked 2 Deluxe Ensuite Cabins for 2 couples.
Unfortunately due to a 'Snap Covid lockdown' in another town we didn't make our booking time. Phoned the park and explained our situation and they were very understanding and managed to get us 2 Ensuite cabins for 1 night instead. The Cabin was very clean and cosy. The staff were very friendly. The park looked nice, will explore it more next time.
We was hoping for a refund on the difference but got a $$ credit instead. We will now come back for another trip.

We booked a beach house for my family and some friends and were not disappointed in any way. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen, living, dinning space was incredibly well thought out and the view of the ocean was one you could never tire of. I would definitely recommend staying here.
