Cosy, welcoming, comfortable, clean, awesome shower, lovely view of nature in caravan park out my kitchen window and very easy access to the beach and close to great cafe at Emu Point. We stay here at least between 5-10 times a year. It's always clean and the staff and owners are amazing. Hot showers, extra blankets, aircon and fan and heaters. Walking distance from the beach to swim or fish or to have a walk around.

What an amazing clean tidy place. The rooms are big and have everything you need. Right beside the beach. Room 15 has a picnic table outside the door and a bbq facility right opposite. Cafe is a short walk away. Only 10 minutes from town centre.

Facilities all good and working properly. Villa very clean and modern. Kitchen equipment very good. Bed very comfortable. Air conditioning, fan and heater all provided. Shower recess very effective for keeping water off the bathroom floor.

The place was spotless!! Beautiful accommodation that has everything you need. It is a 1 min walk to the beach. Tonia is very friendly and provides lots of information on the area which was great! We will be recommending to friends!

I've gone here so many times as a kid an we finally got the chance to take my kids here we didn't notice until late evening that there was mouled on the roof an cockroaches coming out the bed very disappointing for us

The Havana Villas staff returned enquiry phone calls, made adjustments to suit us and were available at all times. Our villa was exceptionally clean, the parking was spacious and the laundry facilities were awesome. The location and atmosphere was peaceful yet central to the beach, jetty and cafe.

Comfy and value for money. Great location with a short walk to the beach. The rooms are good sized, with comfy beds. We had a 2 room cabin with a double in one room and 2 sets of single bunks plus a triple bunk (double on the bottom, single in top) in the other, as well as a fold out sofa bed in the main area. Lots of extra linen (doonas and pillows) supplied plus enough towels for the 6 of us with a couple extras. On arrival the cabin was clean and felt fresh (as the windows had been left open). There was also complimentary coffee, tea and 1 litre of milk. Soaps, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch. There is a laundry which was reasonably priced and has several washers and dryers, which means you don't need to over pack and can come with the basics. The park itself is dated, but that's to be expected in a heritage town. Overall we had a great experience and will be back. …
