I have stayed at in a hotel room at this great little place when working in Albany and find it to be clean, convenient, budget friendly, with all you need for a short stay.

The location is great, just a bit out of town, it is quiet and there is a large area of beautiful green grass out the back and washing machine facilites on site. There is a small kitchenette with bar fridge and microwave, which is super convenient. The rooms are basic, but clean and have everything you require, along with free wifi

The managers live on site and are so friendly. Trevor is always around to help with anything at all, little touches like turning the heater on before arrival are such lovely touches and really appreciated.

I would defintiitely recommend this place to stay if you are looking for no frills, well priced, clean and friendly accomodation

Well priced. Very clean and modern intervior. Unit 5 is designed for wheelchair access with a suitable bathroom. New owners are now managing the property. There are six units plus an office/laundry. Next to Frenchys Restaurant which I did not visit. Motel is about 10 mins drive from the bottom of Yorke Street towards Frenchmans Bay.

Even though it is advertised as a motel, staff are not in the office. This is not a motel but self-contained units. I only saw a staff member when I paid in advance when I arrived. The units are on a large piece of land without a surrounding fence. Fortunately, a few other guests stayed there otherwise it would have been quite unsettling. I didn't feel safe there. No supermarkets or cafes are nearby except Frenchys which doesn't open for breakfast. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries/hairdryer/food. The rooms are not serviced. The worst thing was the NOISE. I bought earplugs so I could get some sleep the second night. The traffic going past doesn't slow down until after 8pm and starts again before 5am. Terrible. The only way to drown out the traffic noise is to either have the TV or airconditioner on to muffle the sound outside. Would I stay here again - no.

I can't say enough about Trevor and Lyn - they are wonderful hosts! They helped my mother and me out of a tight spot when the hotel we originally booked turned out to be pretty awful. The motel itself is quite comfortable and in a beautiful spot. Trevor and Lyn were extremely welcoming and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Albany. Highly recommended!

Great service, we arrived late however the check in process is fantastic due to the wonderful key system allowing you to get the key at anytime of arrival. Room was huge! with great view and patio out to open green grass area. Very close to all services by 5 min drive. Excellent facilities in room provided for cooking and the 1ltr of milk in fridge was a pleasant surprise. Shower was awesome almost like a massage shower with hot water a plenty. Rooms were well insulated and noise was not an issue. Parking directly in front of the room is very convenient if the weather is bad and for security. All up i would recommend this Motel to travelers who are looking for a base to explore for a few days or a overnight stop.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Just what we needed.

The friendly owner greeted us upon arrival. He shared with us the best places to visit in Albany, places to eat and best spots to catch the sunrise and sunset.
Will highly recommend to family and friends.
