Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here for 3 nig hts and were very satisfied with our stay. Our site was overlooking the bay with plenty of grass. Amenities are old but very clean with ample hot water and very practical showers but do lack soap. Duncan, the manager was super enthusiastic and could not do enough for us. Good rates and I would highly recommend this park.

Lovely clean and well maintained caravan park. Owners/managers are so friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Stayed at water’s edge and had beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Highly recommend this caravan park.

We’ve been coming at least once a year for 7yeara now, Duncan an family are friendly knowledgeable and always welcoming, recently added two new ensuites which are great to sort the kids out in. Camp kitchen has what you need and the grounds are spotless, it’s nature at its best, we just spent Easter riding bikes, fishing off the brand new jetty and watching the stingrays glide by at sunset!

Amazing place to stay! The views are incredible and you can park right on the water. Very clean amenities, nice hot showers. And the guy on reception was a star, knowledgable and welcoming!! We only booked one night and he went out of his way to show us lots of things to do in the area.

Great spot if you dont want to stay in Albany and want to be close to the water. Amenities are quite basic as are kitchen facilities but adequate. Staff could not have been nicer. I phoned for a booking and the man on the phone was lovely and accommodating and then when we went to check in the on site manager was also helpful. People around the park (we assumed regulars) were very friendly

What a little gem this park is. If you want all the amenities of a 5 star resort, then this isn't the park for you, but if you want peace, tranquility and absolute water frontage with million dollar views, then this is the place. The ablutions are basic, but they are spotlessly clean. The park is perfectly located being only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Albany town, only minutes from major tourist attractions such as the wind farm, salmon holes, the gap and the old whaling station. The park manager Duncan is super friendly and the park has such a laid back vibe. We loved our time here and will definitely be back.

Although this caravan park might not be up to date with It's facilities, it's a great place to camp. We were right on the water, pelicans every where and like the name suggests, panoramic views of the Bay. Old fashioned toilets/showers but clean. I'd stay again.

I have been to Albany many times and stayed in town located parks. I discovered Panorama this weekend and loved it. Duncan, a great host, so helpful, nothing a problem. Quiet park with wonderful views. Close to the Gap and whale park museum and take a look at Goode beach. Not a lot around in terms of take-aways restaurants etc. but all that is back in the town centre, 10 minutes drive away. It is a place to chill out and relax. Facilities are a bit rough, but, who cares.

We read the other TripAdvisor reviews and decided to go see for ourselves, and I'm glad that we did. We had an unpowered tent site right on the water front, about 3 trees to the right of the jetty. Just about 10 feet offshore in front of us 6 or 7 Pelicans would roost each day. Lovely. Fishing off the jetty seemed to work for others, and wading in the shallow waters seemed to be working for catching crabs and Cobbler as well. Very quiet site - just the sounds of the birds in the morning (Magpies, Kookaburras, gulls, Pelicans, Parrots, and no doubt a host of others) to wake you. To be sure the camp kitchen and bathrooms are aching for an overhaul, and Billy in the office was a man of a few words to us. No problem we didn't set out on holiday to build a lifetime relationship with the camp owner. I would add that he gets a great wrap from some of the longer term camp residents - and not a negative word from any of them we chatted to. If you like stunning views, a peaceful campsite, and don't mind facilities that are functional rather than fancy then you'll be as comfortable and pleased as we were. If you want something a bit more crowded and fancy then there are other more expensive parks you can stay at around Albany. For our money we'll come back to this park again, and try and get the same spot. If the Easterly winds are blowing then you want to put your tent somewhere sheltered rather than right on the waterfront (hot tip from one of longer term residents). Also pick up some liquid soap you can take to the bathrooms with you - there was none provided when we were there. And finally, camp kitchen hot water wasn't working - take a bowl and bucket so you can get hot water for washing up from the bathroom next door.
