Loved the new water park and the grounds are always clean and well presented. The location is one of the best in Albany and the staff are always friendly and will go the extra mile. However I could only give 4 stars as the cabin really needed a deep clean and updating.

Just when we thought we had struck gold with the last stop at the caravan park in Busselton, wow we hit the jackpot with this one. This park rates a 12/10 in Big 4 standard. Geoff was extremely friendly and offered to upgrade us to a deluxe villa which was new. The cabin was super clean comfortable with all modern amenities. We had a king size bed and a massive bathroom with nice hot shower. The overall look of the park is excellent, with a pathway to the Emu bay beach. The park is a short drive to town centre. Definitely the park to stop at if visiting Albany. Would stop there again.

Great recreation room with pool and table tennis, jumping pillow, and lounge with couches and tea and coffee nook, lovely to hear waves from beach as fell asleep, lots of bunny rabbits! Thank you Emu Beach!

This is a nice park right on the beach at Emu Point. We were able to take the dog to the beach and enjoy some off leash play. The park facilities are really nice and clean. They display the times of cleaning the bathrooms and there are other options available. The only issue we had is with the tightness of the sites. We were lucky it wasn't busy so we managed.

Great location and a good clean park. It’s a credit to management and team for keeping it all in order. Fantastic walking tracks along the foreshore either leading into town or further around the beach. Great meals available at the hotel at the top of the hill too. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

We booked ahead for an ensuite bay and highly recommend these bays. The ensuites are modern clean and well set up for the camper/caravanner. We were also assisted in reversing into the bay as we are not experienced at this part of caravanning

Really clean, friendly and well organised park. Amazing facilities, and great kids playing areas. Swimming pool, spa, water park. Koalas in the trees. Bathrooms new and clean. Enormous laundry, industrial machines.

We stay yearly for a family getaway, and wouldn’t change it. The kids love the fishing, bike riding, mini golf and the new kids activity/splash park was the win. Looking forward to next years holiday already.

We love this holiday park, it is at the 'quiet' end of the bay, a walk/cycle along the beach path or a quick drive into the Middleton beach cafes, and less than 15 min into Albany town centre, and a hop to the beach. We stayed on a camping site with ensuite facilities - great to be able to have a site that we can peg the camper trailer tent section down on to. The whole site is very clean and well cared for, the camp kitchen is clean with good amenities - more than you would expect. I can't wait to be able to bring my neice & nephews they will love the splash park, bounce pillows and mini golf. Communication about our booking was first class too. We will be back - with or without the kids!

Area was nice ,facilities are excellent, area we camped was not shaded so wouldn't recommend that camp spot (Up top in middle near beach side fence) in mid-Summer but was close to the beach so hearing the waves was a delight.
