We had a fantastic stay. Cannot rate this place highly enough. Clean, functional and close to anything we needed. Beautiful garden. It is very quiet and close to a couple of great cafes and eateries. We will definitely stay again. Thankyou so much.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Walking distance to beach. Kids loved it. Nice, clean , quiet accommodation. Great fish and chips place 'hooked' and a bar 'rats bar' close by. Close to many other restaurants. Staff very kind and attentive. Would visit again.

Booked 2 night stay here last week, had unit no 7, booked through amazing Albany tourist bureau as someone had made a last minute cancellation. There was only myself and my partner so we had a king size bed on the ground floor which was the best bed I have slept in, in a long

This wasn't the best location for a romantic getaway, but it would be great for a family holidaying near the beach. The location is perfect for a beach stay, with an easy walk to the beach and even easier walk to coffee shop, bar, restaurant and cafe. There is nothing luxurious

Thank you for your review. We appreciate those who take time to give honest and accurate reviews, however, we do take time to respond to reviews too. It is pleasing to see that you love the Middleton Beach location as much as we ourselves and majority of all our guests do. Not a perfect location for a romantic getaway! - well I suppose if you want to use a voucher won at an agricultural show, you wouldn't have much of a choice. It is, as mentioned, ideal for families with large courtyard and playgrounds close at hand - all within a short walk. The towels used in this establishment are high quality commercial ACTIL "Standard sized bath towels" which have never been an issue in the 11 years under the present management. Additional Towels are always available when needed from reception, as are face washers . Face washers are available BUT from feedback we have often had, it has been understood that face washers are a personal item and that using, even laundered face washers, is considered unhygienic. We operate as "self contained" apartments together with the personal privacy that goes with them but we always do our best to accommodate our guests requests. We avoid at all costs, intruding into our guest’s personal space unless they invite interaction. The comment regarding the "PRICE WE PAID" is interesting since the booking was made using a voucher (WW3/16) won at the "Wagin Woolarama" there was a tariff payable for the additional day based on our standard RRP for the season, and so the cost of the two day stay effectively halved the usual tariff. It is fair to mention that we donated 6 vouchers and that the guest was lucky to have won one of them. It is also standard practice in self contained accommodation to respectfully ask guests to leave the kitchen in a neat and tidy condition - asking no more that what would be standard practice in their own home. No fee has ever been levied for unwashed dishes in the past although mentions is made that a levy MAY be applied. Over 90% of our guests are very happy to leave the kitchen in the same condition as they find it. For the record, The "PROMINENT" sign measures 12cm x 6cm and is placed near the sink. It is common practice in self contained apartments to request that crockery, cutlery pots and pans be washed with much higher penalties applicable.
