Nestled amidst a lake and 2 min walk from the beach - this is an incredibly beautiful and peaceful location. You wake to Bird calls in the morning and sunset views over the beach and lake at night.
The staff were sooo friendly and helpful with all of our requests, they got us a DVD player, stored our goods and were soo friendly. Free wi-fi, which they came to my room and set up
Lovely communal area for a BBQ, great pool and lounges, lovely open space with lush grass. We saw they allow pets in the rooms and would be a great place to bring a family or stay for business.
Major supermarket safeway is a 10 min walk as well as take away food shops, bakery, newsagent etc . Becah front track to walk along.
12 mins walk to the station. You'd be crazy to stay anywhere else.

Booked this place as one of the few to have 3 bedroom apartments available, easy to find and not too far from main part of Williamstown Check in process was fast and simple and plenty of parking near room entrances, just remember if your not into climbing up 16 steps you had better ask for disabled room. All bedrooms are upstairs and we had 3 king bed configuration, very comfy and quiet so got a great nights sleep, main bedroom has ensuite, not large by any means, very compact with shower and upstairs main bathroom has a step in bath/shower combination, downstairs has laundry toilet and kitchen lounge room area with sliding glass doors leading to path and close by is the pool. All in all happy with our stay, certainly not a luxury stay but clean and functional and suited our needs. Might try the other Quest in town next time to compare plus we could then walk around the streets to see shops, restaurants and cafes. Check out process was again fast and efficient and very organised.

Spacious apartments overlooking a nearby nature reserve. Just a short walk along a footpath to the beach / Williamstown. The rooms I stayed in had a separate bath and shower room and balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and a dishwasher, and staff were friendly and helpful.

I wasn't expecting a lot because of the location but I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't really know the location and that it was sitting at the front of the wetlands and the bay not far from the main part of Williamstown.
We were given a two bedroom apartment, with one room locked off. It was an amazing apartment. Downstairs was the laundry, kitchen and lounge area. I was surprised by the size of the place and was quite large in my opinion. Everything was provided and clean. I would suggest though not to leave any food in the room open as some insects could get in, and it's also close to the wetlands.
At the front was the view of the wetlands and in the evening birds walked along the lawn area (don't feed them, they're fine). Upstairs was the bedroom and bathroom (which had a bath!) The balcony also overlooked the wetlands and you can see the bay in the distance. Pillows were a bit soft for my liking but everyone has their own opinion about that.
Loved this place, and would very happily stay there again.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment , when we arrived the first thing we noticed was that the toilets were dirty and one had a surprise in it💩the bedrooms had no table lamps and only one bedside table . One of the pillows was dirty. The main bedroom had the blockout curtain missing on one window . The gave us five towels for six people, there was three mugs , three cereal bowls 2 bread and butter plates . We booked for 6 ! The whole place felt quite dirty and sparse , not one wall even had a picture on it. At $371 per night it is crap . The girls on reception were friendly and helpful but that is the only positive. The balcony had one chair and there was a huge pot of cigarette butts outside our door. The courtyard was dirt and weeds. Don’t stay here there must be better accomodation in this area

Dear Lyn D, I would like to start by thanking you for taking the time to share your feedback, it helps us to constantly improve our product and services for future guests and identify areas in which we are lacking. I was extremely appalled and embarrassed to read your comments, this is not the standard of and cleanliness that we expect or want to deliver as a property. I am completely shocked as to how this was missed when the apartment was cleaned. I have had multiple meetings over the past week with our entire housekeeping team, we have recompleted some important housekeeping cleaning modules together as a team and I have set a deadline for them all to complete the remaining cleaning modules on the Quest intranet. We discussed as a team some ideas and created new procedures around how to prevent this from ever happening again. I am also in the process of hiring a new housekeeping supervisor who will be responsible to conduct pre arrival checks or every apartment prior to guests check in. I am confident that having this additional staff member will improve our room standard dramatically. I have been into this apartment and added all the supplies required to ensure it is fully equipped for 6 people. We have allocated a staff member to audit each room individually over the next week and ensure all apartments have the amenities and utensils that are required. We have also hired a full time gardener who started on Monday 14th of November. We have already seen a dramatic difference in the gardens and can't wait for the entire property to be back up to our usual standard. I would love the opportunity to speak to you on the phone to formally apologise and discuss further, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Once again I am so extremely sorry that this is the experience you had with us, we can only go up from here and I will be taking all steps to ensure that this never happens again. Kind regards, Erin - Property Manager Quest Williamstown North

We were lucky to be upgraded to an executive 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Bedroom was located upstairs along with an ensuite and a main bathroom and a locked door which I assume led to a second bedroom. Laundry also had a toilet so very good for a family. Spacious well equipped kitchen for a longer stay. Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful regarding local eateries. Would definitely stay here again

overall we were very happy with this Quest property. the staff were brilliant and very helpful. Cleaning staff could perhaps assist management in preventative maintenance, by testing all facilities ie plugs taps etc and reporting any malfunctions. This is a great place to stay and we would come back.

Very welcoming at Reception on the afternoon of arrival. Room was clean, quiet, cool and welcoming on a hot and humid day, with a special handwritten note of personalized welcome. Quiet lagoon in front of the hotel, close to the nearby beach, with plentiful waterfowl in the lagoon, including a pair of beautiful black swans. Stroll out of the room onto an easy walk around the lagoon, over a couple of of islands connected by walk bridges.

My family stayed at the Quest Williamstown North for a number of months due to an insurance claim. While the circumstances of our stay were not ideal, the accommodation was idea for what we needed as a family. The location, space and amenities eg. pool, meant we were able to enjoy the surrounds (more so in the warmer months) and we did not feel like we were living on top of each other or other guests. The double story apartments meant we were able to live for a longer period of time quite comfortably. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The house keeping team bent over backwards and any maintenance was attended to straight away. Communications was good. We never felt like we were staying at a hotel but were made to feel at home. We felt fortunate to have landed at the Quest on our long stay.
