Three adults were in Melbourne for a family function. The apartment facility we stayed at was excellent. We must have had a good day, because, despite reading other reviews, we did NOT experience any issues whatsoever (apart from Internet voucher expirying after 24 hrs) We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was neat, clean and tidy. Yes, car parking was awkward with the entry "fob reader" on the passenger side of the vehicle and on a "down sloping" ramp. Need a good handbrake. We ate out so did not require use of cooking facilities of which there were plenty of utensils. Knox Shopping Centre is "reno mode"... Dont go there it is a mess....!

My husband and I stayed here in a one bedroom apartment. The host was fantastic and took us and our luggage to the room and was more than accommodating. Modern kitchen facilities, bathroom, bedroom, balcony you name it! The apartment was absolutely beautiful that did not cost us an arm and a leg - was very reasonably priced. Because I am a light sleeper the only negative thing I can say is the traffic really noisy from all hours and I struggled to get any rest. But this is me personally and nothing to do with the property. My husband slept fine!

Clean, neat, one bedroom apartment. Close to shops. Parking provided. Quiet. Our room had a balcony and required necessities. Bed was really comfortable. The only complaint is the couch in our room was a two seater, therefore you are unable to stretch out on it. However that being the only issue I would highly recommend this accomodation.

These apartments are in the outer suburb of Wantirna. Reception was always locked with no one to be seen. On arrival we couldn't figure out what was going on, rang the number on the door, no answer. Tried to use the nearby check in machine but it didn't work. Rang another number I found, no answer. Eventually got entry to the deserted reception where an overworked, stressed employee finally appeared and gave us the key. It felt very unwelcoming.
Car park is an odd design with security swipe on passenger side and hard to reach. The shower flooded the entire bathroom. All the water goes straight under the shower door, into the bathroom. There is supposed to be daily housekeeping. We had none at all in four days. The room was spacious, lots of light with big windows, full kitchen (minimal equipment, one saucepan) and washer and dryer. Room generally OK but grubby walls, fans etc.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights and for the price that you pay isn't the service that you receive. It all started when we tried to find our room after it wasn't explained to us how the "buildings" work. As we tried to get back into the reception area, we found ourselves in the fire escape as our tag for the escalator didn't work in that area. We finally got ourselves into the room to find it not so clean. On a day trip to Healesville and surrounding area's we were responsible and left the car at an establishment for the night and got an Uber. It wasn't until we needed the room keys and discovered we left the keys in our car. Unfortunately, this "Hotel" only has 1 set of keys. We called reception (as no one mans this at all) and we were given the incorrect room key as a spare. Another phone call has us sorted for the key only (no more tags for the security access to the doors and escalator). Prior to this the manager stated he would be home when we get home from dinner to let us in. We rang and rang and rang (14 times in total) no answer. We messaged through Facebook and tried every alternate. Still to date no answer. Yes, we made it difficult for ourselves with leaving the keys in the car however what a * show it is to get access without it. The reception line was call forwarded onto the managers mobile phone which was turned off. The rooms don't get serviced (Please make up my room) daily, not enough soap etc left for the length of our stay. Never again!!

The customer service is awful and they were very unhelpful when it came to us checking in and getting situated. The internet wasn't working on told us they would help the following day. The following day they gave us a help company that was NO help and we spent hours trying to trouble shoot this issue with no internet. They were very unhelpful and frankly didn't care. There was also a hole in our wall and a cold draft that made the place freezing. The cleaniness is NOT hotel clean and I would NOT stay here again and hopefully if you are reading this review...you won't either!

The room stunk like cigarette smoke and the balcony was covered in ash and cigarette butts. The curtain in the bedroom had some substance on it which we didn’t dare touch or imagine what it could be. The fridge door had red ‘something’ smeared all over it. The chairs were all sticky with something…. We went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves as it was a long weekend and couldn’t find alternate accommodation. Took the hotel 3 weeks to respond to my concerns and even then, they made up excuses to why the room was in this state. Not after compensation just don’t want other families with young children to experience what we did. It was absolutely disgusting and I felt so dirty in that room. I believe this is a real health concern.

We stayed as a group booking 3 separate apartments. On arrival (check in at 1400), none of the rooms were ready, forcing us to wait around. Once we finally got into 2 of the rooms, we were disgusted to see the filth in the rooms. Our room had dirty pubic hairs in the bathroom and on the toliet seat, along with dry blood on the sheets and the floor hadn't been cleaned. Hair and crumbs all over the ground. The other 2 bedroom apartment we had access to at this stage had dirty soap left in the shower, blood again on the sheets. Finally our 3rd room was ready at 9pm!! After finally getting let in, behind the door was a pile of children's toys and the apartment had not been cleaned after long term residents had left. There has been no mention of a refund or compensation for a room we paid for but didn't have access to for 7 hours. Utterly disgraceful. The car parking is an absolute nightmare! The numbers allocated were impossible to find. The number system is not in sequence. It took an extra 20-30 minutes just driving up and down the multilevel the parking garage to find 1 allocated car park. We never found the other 2 allocated car parks.

Unfortunately I read the reviews regarding poor customer service but persisted with the booking anyway. We have just arrived, 2 hours before checkin as we communicated with the property ahead of time. We are just trying to bag drop, not expecting to checkin. Doors are locked so I call number on the door. Answered by a child who advises checkin at 2. Said I wanted to bag drop. Told by an adult in the background that I can’t and Manager will be here at 12.30. Said I had organised bag drop so can I have Managers number. Told by adult in the background that can’t give out his private number. This is ridiculous. I am literally standing outside in the cold and rain with my two children and nobody wants to talk to us. Take heed of the reviews.

We stayed overnight in a connected family room 4 adults and 2 yo. Located on Stud Road side on second floor expected it to be noisey with traffic but it wasn’t. A balcony for smokers or sit and watch the traffic go by. Comfortable queen size bed, great shower although in a bath maybe difficult for some to get in and out but handles to assist. Kitchen with all amenities. Sofa bed for 2yo made up for us. Staff called day before checkin to confirm bedding arrangements and arrival time. Very helpful staff check in/out was quick and easy. 10 minute walk to Westfield shopping centre and food a plenty in walking distance. Parking on arrival is a bit difficult but car parking spaces once checked in was plenty. Would stay again if out that way. Great value.
