We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, all of which I believe are on the ground floor. The room was clean and comfortable and suitable for a short 2 day stay. Microwave, 2 hobs, Free wi-fi. Our neighbours upstairs managed to set the fire alarm off very briefly one morning, but I guess these things happen. However, if those above...

Two bed apartment was very well appointed with everything you could need including washing machine & tumble drier and a good large living space. My only couple of negatives were that the balcony was very claustrophobic in that it had a high wooden slatted outer edge that meant you couldn't see anything. The other, which may be petty but it...

We had two bedroom second floor apartment for two adults and one child, there was plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. The living area had comfortable 2-seater and 3-seater lounges, a large dining table with comfortable chairs. A nice balcony leads off this area, unfortunately being at back of the complex meant that our view was limited and...

3 days & 4 nights here with my wife in early December. Really is a long drive from Melbourne but a pleasant journey. Surprised a bit to find such a large facility but we were very happy with our second floor apartment. Plenty of lounging room, 2 bedrooms – one with a queen & one with a king, so we...

I stayed here in September with my three children. The apartment was extremely clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. Fantastic location at a great price. I would highly recommend The Victoria Apartments.

While the one bedroom apartments are "cosy" they are quite adequate for a short stay (we spent 3 nights). However the air conditioning motor for the upstairs unit (2 bedrooms and much larger) is located adjacent to the bedroom window of the downstairs unit making sleep impossible when operating. No problem nights 1 & 2 but on 3rd I got...

Everywhere we have stayed in Australia has been notable for the warm welcome we have received but not so at Victoria apartments, After a journey of many hours we were greeted by a rather straight faced lady who launched into a 100km/h diatribe of the does and don'ts of the establishment. When I tried to interject I was told (...

Stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment during the week for one night only. Location was good - Main Street with a short walk into Port Fairy proper. We were allocated a room facing the busy road even though from what I could tell there was only one guest and so plenty of apartments in the back. Had to close all...

Although spacious and furnished, the apartments are in a cramped noisy environment. Not really located close to anything other than 2 pubs. Staff could be a bit more professional ie don't put glass in recycling at 6am, knock on the front door before entering at 8.30am and not say "oh I thought you'd gone" when I got out of bed...

This was without doubt the smallest apartment I have ever been in. The 1 BR apartments are on ground floor and when someone from the above(2BR) walks around it is very noisy. The bathroom is very nice, almost the largest room in apartment. Wouldn't go back. Free wifi was a plus.
