Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

No - terrible from wo to go - small, stuffy one bedroom with paper thin walls so you can hear absolutely everything in apartment upstairs. Cheap furniture, shower that leaks and bathroom fan scarily loud! And bizarre smell. So disappointed…. Avoid if possible!

The good - comfy bed, secure, garage parking. The bad - smell from bathroom, old small TV, very tight space to move around in, very noisy if unit upstairs in use. The awful - air conditioning unit for upstairs outside downstairs bedroom window like a parked truck idling outside all night. Could not sleep.

It did the job for one night. Sadly, it had a very strong smell which was very hard to ignore. Entrance was dirty. Customer service when booking was amazing and that’s what really counts. Washer and dryer was great.

Stayed for a long weekend in 2 bedroom apartment. High quality service, standards, kit out and decor. Beds fabulous. Ample towels. Appropriate cleaning products, welcome tea/coffee, cold milk and bottled fridge water. Clean, light comfortable. Perfect location to wander charm of the town and depart for longer trips. Highly recommend. Though note: ask if your booking has stairs or no stairs. It would be only prior note to future bookings.

The one bedroom suites are tiny….you have to move bedside table to open cupboard in bedroom to get to ironing board! Bedroom very small….only enough room to put 1 suitcase.. the other for my partner had to go on dining table in lounge area……. Lounge area!! Tiny…..couch only really a 1 person…. Not enough room to comfortably sit and watch tv…would I book this one bedroom again….no….. probably would like to have seen 2 bedrooms option…which may have had more living room area? Great location close to town …. Clean room.

A great find on our road trip. Well appointed apartment. Clean and tidy with quality fixtures. The washing machine and dryer were a welcome site after a week in the road. Only minor issues, no scissors in the kitchen, the random rubber based pillow in the main bedroom had an unpleasant smell and being in the second floor meant lugging three heavy cases up the stairs. The Wi-Fi didn’t work but the streaming services on the tv worked fine. I would recommend.

You can always know something great will happen the minute you enter reception - after a long car journey, a warm and friendly greeting from the lovely staff member (Geelong supporter unfortunately!) and a quick access to our 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment. Spacious lounge/kitchen/dinning area and one of the most comfortable beds we had slept in. The “plus factor” being the verandah - table, chairs and screened by a pittosporum hedge offering complete privacy. A delightful area to catch the sun and enjoy the relaxed ambience!!!!

The rooms are nice enough - although the cheap initial build of cupboards is showing with many not closing properly. Our family was there for 4 nights and there was enough of the normal things - dishwashing detergent, washing up detergent, toilet paper, towels - for maybe 2 nights. The property wants you to leave dishes etc clean, but doesn’t give you the tools to do it. We had to go and buy more of everything, including toilet paper. The wifi basically did t work and the TV was intermittent, which is an issue when you are trying to entertain a toddler on a rainy day.

We loved staying here and we could find no fault. It was quiet, clean and spacious with excellent wifi and beautifully appointed with everything that you would want. We could have stayed for longer but our schedule didn't allow it.

From the photos on line I didn't guage how small the apartments were. We had friends staying next door and we found we couldn't sit in one apartment together without feeling claustrophobic. Our friends had a slightly updated apartment whereas our's was in need of renovation. No icecubes in the small freezers and our freezer was full of ice - clearly had not been defrosted for months. The bed was very clean and comfortable with nice thick sheets. Towels were old and thin. The shower was clean but this is not accommodation I would recommend based on my experience.
