Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed in a Family Loft Yellow/Blue for 2 nights. One queen bed and 2 single beds were arranged on the loft, nothing else. Beds are clean and comfy. A small kitchenette for tea/coffee, bathroom and the living area are on the main level. Parking available on property. IMO, it was a bit pricey at $360+/night.

A lovely, clean and well located hotel. The perfect place to stop by for one night to extent the trip to the Great Ocean Road for a couple of days. The owner gave us valuable tips, like visiting Tower Hill to see Koalas and Port Fairy for lunch.

Location was incredible, short walk to the water and plenty of food around. Lexy and PoC were brilliant. We were only there for a short business stay but it was quite relaxing. Proximity to the pub was also top notch. Will be back.

Great place to stay and good location. Spotlessly clean. Lovely decor and comfy bed. The manager Lexy was very helpful and great to deal with. I had excruciating tooth ache during our stay and the she was so helpful and recommended a couple of dentists.

Quaint little unit right in town and 3 minutes from the water . Could not see water from our room but all amenities were good and a nice range of coffee /tea and biscuits . Beds super comfy Had everything we needed . Only criticism is the outdoor table is very worn and probably needs replacing .

Very nice duplex, no complaints. Port Campbell is small, but the drive to it on the Great Ocean Road was great, we saw Kangaroos and a Koala. If there was a downside, it was not where we stayed, but the winds and rain that night were quite dramatic (to us).
