Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for 3 nights beginning 29/11 and arrived to a spotlessly clean room (number 7) with a beautiful view across the front lawn, through the palms and out to the harbour. Premises can't be faulted for location with friendly Management thrown in for good measure. Highly recommend this place.
Just a tip or 2........some rooms don't have a kitchen sink, as was the case with ours so washing crockery and utensils needs to take place in the bathroom. Also, the local service station owner must have been a buccaneer in a previous life as his diesel price was extortionate. We learnt from an unnamed source that the BP at Nullawarre, on the road to Warrnambool, is around 20cents per litre cheaper. Work that out over 65 litres!

It was cold at night but I could sleep on a warm futon with an electric blanket.
The room was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, so I slept well at night.
The water pressure in the shower felt slightly weak.
Electric kettle & microwave & instant coffee and tea bags were prepared. The glass was chilled in the fridge, so it was nice to be able to drink beer in a cold glass. The refrigerator also contained a pot of drinking water.
The TwelveApostles is a 15-minute drive away, making it a very convenient tourist hub on the Great Ocean Road.
The next morning, I went to the hotel Recommendations for breakfast, which unfortunately was closed.
There are not many restaurants in the area & if you go to TheTwelveApostles in the evening to watch the sunset, be careful about the closing times of the surrounding restaurants. There was a smaller supermarket, but it was also closed around 8pm, so be careful.

Great family room with space to spread out. The kitchenette was well appointed with tea coffee and even wine glasses. It also had a mini fridge and microwave. Very close walking distance to a grocery store and the few restaurants in Port Campbell. Would highly recommend.

Very nice location. Nice view of ocean from the rooms we booked. Friendly and considerate staff. Rooms were well cosy when we arrived. Nice and clean. The only things which need improvement are toiletries in the bathroom are not there. Just a soap and towels.
Kettle in one of the rooms was not working. Tv’s can be upgraded with a bigger size. Paper towels, green tea can be kept in the rooms.
Bathrooms should have locks and hooks, towels should be white and look very fresh.

This little gem is conveniently located within 10 km of 12 Apostles and the Loch Ard Gorge. The Sea View room that we stayed in was exactly the way it was described, with the the beach just a stone's throw away from the room across the road. The room was tidy on arrival and the check-in was seamless. The car parking bay was located just outside of the room we stayed in. In all, it was a pleasant experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Loch Ard Gorge and 12 Apostles.

I booked direct by phone and Troy was very helpful giving us a room for the 5 nights we required.
Room 12 is large and comfortable. The kitchenette is very good and the microwave handy to have.
The cleaning staff were great with clean towels when required.
The motor Inn is right in the center of town so excellent to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
The only disadvantage to our room was on two nights the room above us had people partying until 2-3am..

Right on the main street and our room had a good view of the ocean and beach. Very clean, well appointed room with a comfortable bed with an electric blanket (!😁). The shower was hot and very powerful. Parking right outside the door. The main street was being totally upgraded and resurfaced, so the town resembled an old Western township, but I’m sure it will look lovely on completion.

Very stress free booking in, Troy gave us a lovely welcome and locations of local shops. Confusing messages from Hotels.com saying booking in details will be sms, no reception at this location. Very picturesque outlook onto inlet from room. Shops, restaurants and pub, are on the same street. Room has everything needed for overnight stay. Nice comfy bed! Would definitely stay again if visiting this area. Thank you! 🌻

We’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back. The rooms are very comfortable to enjoy after a day travelling and easy walking to most of the dining options in the township. Rooms have reverse cycle air conditioners, toaster, microwave, plates, cups etc for making breakfast (you provide the food). And for cooler nights there are electric blankets. All wrapped up in a modern building in the best location in town.

Troy and his team have always looked after me on my business trips to Port Campbell for over 5 years now. The larger couples and family rooms have been modernised over the years and are very comfortable, well equipped kitchens, good heating/cooling, dining table, TV/lounge area, balcony, private outdoor seating and balcony. Very well located for beach, local shops/pub/ restaurants and walk up to coast/ocean views.

Driving may be fun..Be extremely careful with speed signs if u drive. The Great ocean road has hidden speed cameras without warning and the victorian police wont hesitate to issue infringement notices/ prosecute without providing adequate info such as locations of speed limit signs etc to foreign visitors
As Amber says, you need to contact the proprietor. This forum is for travellers not owners. Having said that, access for wheelchairs from the car park to ground floor rooms is excellent. Good luck!
