Detailed Reviews
We stayed in the deluxe king room for one night whilst travelling.
The motel was okay, but we felt the overall vibe was that they expect people to be coming and going on their travels a lot, therefore there didn't need to be much effort with regards to the rooms/customer service.
Pros:
The room was a good size.
The bed was large and comfortable.
It was quiet.
There were drinks/snacks in the fridge if we needed (at a price)
Cons:
The room and bathroom were so dark - even with all the lights on, it was incredibly dark.
It wasn't the cleanest place we have stayed - there was dust on the TV/sides and hairs round the bath.
The room didn't heat very well.
It is in need of renovation.
Overall, considering the price, service and room compared to other places on our travels, it was average at best, and I wouldn't consider the room 'deluxe'. However it did the job and allowed us to rest our heads for the night, but we wouldn't rush back.

The room is generally clean, bit of wear and tear and some exit mould wouldn’t go amiss in the showers but good bed and quality linen with a bathroom that has been updated in the last few years.
Check in experience was a little strange, I’d booked Best Western but no signage at property as it’s called Great Ocean Road Studios. However on back of room key is a business card branded Best Western with the GM’s details. Room keys with paper tags denoting your last name all lined up on a plastic fold up table with little instruction, not as welcoming as other tourist town motels I’ve been. I understand the concept but had concerns that people can take and access your room before check in, including guest information privacy.
No facilities at Motel, if you need anything you need to go to town (500m away - Motel is on outskirts of township - all others appear in the centre of town)
Supermarket is open late but don’t be surprised that most other things are only open from 8AM, if you’re travelling on from here get supplies in Port Campbell the night before. Only one place for Coffee at 07:30 and you can’t miss the line up of people trying to get theirs before hitting the road including the locals.
Don’t stay in rooms 9 or 14, there are rooms above with no sound insulation. I heard everything including the conversation of guests, TV and every time people moved or walked about the roof and walls would shake, not to mention one night I had family above and kids were running up and down the stairs. This also includes hearing the rooms next door.
The Accom buildings, although look permanent feel like they are prefab kit accommodation almost like demountables you get on mine sites.
Stayed 3 Nights (Probably more than most guests) in total and not once was the place cleaned/serviced - notional sign about cleanliness practises but I didn’t experience this.
Probably great for 1 Night quick stays during travelling the Great Ocean Road but I’d choose another option in town for longer stays.

The room was clean, but the shower was over the spa tub and very difficult to use. The manager was NOT helpful at all when asked about local sites, restaurants, or anything else her response was "just follow the road to the beach". She could at least have been friendly.

We were very happy with our stay here. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and well presented with easy access from the car park. The motel is a very short drive to the Main Street and restaurants etc. Overall we were very happy with our experience here and would be happy to recommend this accommodation to others and we would stay here again.

Parking isn't allocated to specific rooms so it's a bit of a free-for-all and we had to park on the street outside more than once. Room specifics didn't match when we got there: the online listing had images of bunk beds (which our kids were really excited about) but we arrived to find that the bedding configuration was different with no bunks at all and two kids had to share a bed. Be sure to call and confirm any details in the property's online listings if those aspects are important to you.

We decided to spend one night at this hotel because we didn't want to drive back to Melbourne on the same day as it would be very tiring.
The hotel is about 10 minutes from Parque dos 12 apostolos, in a very quiet and peaceful area. The room is simple but cozy, with a great mattress and pillows. The shower is great and the bathroom is quite spacious. The room also has a small kitchen, with a kettle and microwave oven. In short, everything we needed to spend a pleasant night, after a day of traveling along the Great Ocean Road.

Pros: Great location, very close to the 12 Apostles, walking distance to restaurants, food and drink. Nice owner checked us in and gave us milk for coffee in the morning. Cons: No heat in our unit, no shower curtain, (water went all over the floor in the bathroom). Mold on the wall due to water running down the drywall from the tub/shower. Dated motel, needing some renovations, thin walls. Glad we were only staying one night. Would not recommend or stay again. Pocket picked. Not up to Best Western quality.

Pro: The location was quiet and the beds were OK. Cons: The place is getting a little old and worn out. Definitely needs a renovation. The distance from the beach is a little to far for walking. Prices are way too high during Christmas time.

I suspect that the accommodation offered in Port Campbell is much of a muchness. However we had such great service here. I had an admin crisis which they sorted out for me and also we got our laundry done. We were helped with good humour and efficiency.
Accommodation very clean. Bed huge and v comfortable. TV defeated us but likely operator error!

This place is clean, reasonably comfortable but basic. Service is non exist ant. When we checked in no one was about but the keys to all that days arrivals were on a table outside.
The studio had a comfortable bed but a very minimal kitchen. Literally two of every item. It also had a microwave and tiny fridge. We stayed for 2 nights but the room was not serviced at all and we didn't see anyone who looked like they run the place.
It was just OK but I am sure the town has better......

Hi Sandeep, our room (for 2 adults was so spacious, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area), I would recommend staying here as it was very central, but you would probably require to book 2 rooms, cannot remember price we paid, but contact hotel, they were very helpful to us
