We stopped here on our trip along the Great Ocean Road and had a very relaxing stay. The rooms had everything we needed, were very clean and comfortable and nicely kitted out. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Port Campbell - so near the shops, restaurants and beach too.

We stayed here for one night at the start of our trip down the Great Ocean Road. We drove directly from Melbourne where there was a delay meaning we did not arrive till 10:30 (we tried to call to let them know this but there was no answer). On arrival, we called the owner again as the office was locked. When he answered, I was hit with a volley of swear and abusive words, which continued during the whole check in the process.

We had booked a private room with a twin bed but were put in a room with a bunk bed. Due to the way we had been greeted I did not feel comfortable to point this out to him. We left early the next morning as we really did not feel welcomed or comfortable staying any longer than that.

The location and the house itself were great, it's just a shame that we were treated so poorly for arriving at night.

They messed up the reservation we made through there website and there was no room available when we arrived at 7pm. Since it was Melbourne Cup weekend we had to struggel to find some accomodation for this night. Didn't get any support from their staff nor an apologize.

We stayed in one of the front double rooms with private bathroom. The room was very clean and it looks newer than the rest of the house.
The Internet works randomly and you have to go inside the house if you need the kitchen but is very private.

All necessary amenities included. Walking distance to everything on offer in Port Campbell.Friendly owners.

They have a few parking spots right on the property so you can shelter your vehicle for free. The common house has a lovely sitting area and well provisioned kitchen. The other shared rooms are right off of this common room with shared bathrooms. All rooms are connected to the combined living room/ kitchen (only for main house) which is all furnished as you might have done at home. Mark uses a fire oven to heat up the rooms when it is cold outside.

Port Campbell is a short drive from the Twelve Apostles and is therefore an ideal base for a short evening drive to see the little penguins come ashore at sunset. very convenient for Great Ocean Road drive and a short walk to eateries and pubs in town centre, also short walk to beach,

A great, affordable, central, quiet location and homely, relaxing place to stay and meet other travellers or enjoy a home style environment whilst exploring this beautiful part of Victoria. 5 stars!

We had a beautiful clean new spacious room with ensuite bathroom in the main house. Great little kitchen, cosy living room area and table outside to sit in the sun and look onto the garden. The host was very accommodating with the fact we arrived very late and were initially planning to leave early in the morning. In the end we loved the place so much we delayed our departure to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. One of our favourite places, only sorry not to have spent longer.
