Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had a great stay at Sea Foam Villas. Easy to find, easy to park. Check in and check out we’re done without any need to wait at the desk. Beach and restaurants across the street. Place was clean and everything you might need. There was also a market and liquor store nearby.

We had the 2nd floor spa apartment. Could just see the bay! The tiles on the kitchen floor all cracked. The shower over the bath was very hard to get in and out of and water went everywhere, had to use towels to clean up water.

This was much better than we had expected. We had a ground floor apartment with a patio area on the front - really nice for an early evening drink and enjoying the sunshine. Had a good chat with the couple in the next apartment. We only stayed one night and ate out so didn't really need all the apartment offered. Comfortable night's sleep.

We had booked a one-bedroom apartment with a bay view. On arrival we found a ground floor apartment which was dark, dated, and depressing. Totally overpriced for 313 Euro! You cannot really call a bathtub from the 80ies with a whirlpool function a "spa bath". Since there was no other upper floor apartment left, we upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment that was actually very nice. However, we had to pay substantially more. Beware of the ground floor apartments!

The appartment my cousin and I had had one bedroom with a king bed, private ensuite and very large room. The 2nd bedroom had a queen size bed and private ensuits but room was alot smaller. The kitchen, meals area was a decent size as was the lounge all in an open plan setting. We had a balcony over looking Port Campbell foreshore, it really was a magnificent place and will definitely going back there when next I'm down that way. Everything was immaculately clean and tidy... only downfall would be if you struggle with stairs as it's quite a narrow enclosed stairwell to get to 2 appartments. The mattress was comfortable, have no idea about the pillows as I take my own, loved that there was an electric blanket and heating... which was put on before our arrival.

Nice villa with a lovely view of the bay. We were on the ground floor so could access our villa from the front as well. Good location, close to eateries, the beach etc. Tight car spaces but fortunately no one parked near us. Shower is in the bath so not good for anyone with mobility issues. Kitchen roomy and well appointed. No washing machine but it's not advertised as having one, just would have been handy.

Dismayed. We purchased a "bay view" from the web. , We had no view of the bay. Rang after hours number and was told that there was nothing she could do. No offer of any explanation or help. She said she was just an answering service. Hard floor, tiny bedroom with small window on to carpark. It was miserable contrast to the beautiful Loch Ard Motel where we had a lovely bay view for much much less than the Sea Foam price. Disappointed in the extreme. Will never stay again.

The hotel was in a great location with a great view. The spa bath really came in handy with all our walking and aches etc. it was well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was big enough and warm enough. It wasn’t cheap, but not an issue for us.

Nice place, kitchen is great! We had a bigger place on the top floor with good views. They need to put a grab bar in the shower/soaking tub combination. The parking is tight and you are dependent on your neighbors to park one car in their designated space and do a great job of it! The wifi worked well.
