With several areas, that are not on the foreshore, we were in the park over the road right next to a foodland, the park more like a powered camp ground. Tight entrance to key pad next to Food town, sights easy to access as the park was only 10% full that's probably because of their ridiculous price of $69 before Gday discount, when I question why so dear, the reply was your on the great ocean road, that I found interesting as we stayed the night before at Gday Apollo Bay, one of the best parks we have stayed in $50 before discount, $45 after. The laundry small & cloths lines needing attention. Check other parks pricing first, although it could be booked out.

We stayed for one night in a campervan on the Erskine River site. The staff were so friendly and the amenities very spacious and clean. It’s a peaceful spot within walking distance to the sea and information centre. There’s duck poo and I’ve seen people on here complain of that but you’re next to the river so what do you expect! I personally couldn’t fault the place

Worst sites ever, if you want 150 cars driving at speed on a dirt track next to your camp book here, absolutely disgusting that this was not explained when booking. not relaxing at all would give zero stars if able. dont stay at Top Bank sites.

We stayed two nights in a powered site. Almost all sites have a fantastic view of the ocean. Facilities are modern and were renovated 12 months ago. Cool bush swing along the track for the kids. Walking distance uphill to Teddy’s lookout or down to the beach and pier. We didn’t want to leave!!

This has got to be one of the WORST Caravan Parks I've stayed at around Australia in the last five years ! .. yes even worse than Coolalinga in DRW ! 1. Indifferent reception staff 2. Travellers with canine companion 'relegated' to a dingy area behind a Supermarket 3. Sites are disgusting - Mud from A-Z .. 4. Dangerously slippery to walkk around 5. Duck sh*t everywhere ... and I do mean everywhere ! 6. Concrete 'bumps' in the middle of almost every site .. even the ones that are flooded 7. Facilities less than clean .. clearly have not been serviced for days/weeks 8. Entire place crawling with mosquitoes 9. 'Friday nite' drunks milling around entrance and front of Supermarket/liquor store . RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED ($55 pn p&w for one person) DO NOT STAY HERE ! Repeat ... DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!…

Came here with family over Easter and we stayed in a cabin. The cabin we were in was quite small, and although there are bigger cabins available to stay in, this one is supposed to sleep 4 and it was very very squishy with 4 of us. The facilities in the cabin were ok except a very small fridge so can’t keep much food in there. The floor was dirty when we arrived and the windows were also dusty and covered in cobwebs and spiders. The bathroom also had some visible mould and there wasn’t much toilet paper provided. The bunk beds are also incredibly squeaky so they wake everyone up whenever you move. The internet coverage isn’t the greatest either. However, the view from our cabin overlooked a nice lake with ducks and we had some friendly cockatoos and other birds come to say hi. Overall, was a relatively nice stay but the cabins could do with some work.…

We have been to many caravan parks across Australia and while on occasions there can be unruly behavior but never have we felt so unsafe at a caravan park. If you are looking to stay somewhere safe and have peace and quiet definitely avoid this caravan park! About an hour after we arrived a gang of 5 men can up to the solo traveler staying next to us and aggressively harassed and intimidated him on his camp site after he politely asked them to keep the noise down as it was 10pm and the rules of the caravan park state 'Quiet time 10pm - 7am. They started calling him a C***. We asked them to stop, and leave him alone and then 3 of them came and harassed my wife and I. We were afraid to record this on camera incase it aggravated them even more. The people staying on the camp site on the other side of us assisted us by calling the police. There was no security guard or staff on site to assist. The solo traveler packed up and left as it was too unsafe to stay. When we reported the incident to the caravan cark management they offered to move to another location so we packed up our things and moved. While we were away from the unruly guests we were inconvenienced by having to move. We suggested they deal with the problem. i.e. ask the aggressive men to leave so other guests in the caravan park can feel safe. Instead these people were allowed to carry on staying at the caravan park. The rules of the park state that excessive noise, unruly behavior, bad language and unreasonable disturbance will not be tolerated. Well apparently the above does not fit this description. Your safety is not a priority and we were told this happens here all the time! We also received a text from the caravan park that valuables are often stolen too. great! For $66/night for a powered site this is way over price too. The other reviews about the amenities block being in poor condition are true too.…

Stayed 3nights at Top End at Lorne Foreshore Caravan Park. Very disappointed; amenities block was very basic and not clean; sites and road in was dirt so when it rained turned to mud. Street lighting didn’t work so very dark at night. We have been travelling the Great Ocean Road and found this the most expensive park with the worst facilities.

The site was dirt/ mud. The ammenities were very dirty and had not been cleaned properly for some time. The price of $66 for a powered site was outrageous given it was the end of February. Will never return or recommend. The only positive was the proximity to town and beach

Management have taken away the caravan site from loyal customers of 52 years and 3 generations and we aren’t the only family this has happened to. Disgraceful what you have done and discriminating us on the public book in day so we even then can’t get our site back. Notes on ours and others files stating for staff to “under no circumstances are you to rebook” Shame on you management. 👎🏻 holidays ruined for many.
