If you like spiders, spiderwebs and dustballs, this place will be a once in a life time experience, otherwise stay elsewhere. On the plus side though, the location is handy and close to the main hikes.

We only stayed 1 night. The place is fine except it is beside a caravan park where the campers like to party late into the night. We didn't get much sleep. Room is clean. It is on the edge of time so be prepared to drive or take a long walk to the main restaurants. There is a beach right...

The Coachman Inn has a good location, just off the Great Ocean Road and near to the centre of town. It is a multi-storey motel type with rooms having an external corridor. Reception gave the appearance that they wanted to be helpful but the staff were disorganised and in reality disinterested. Our room was of average size, clean, in a...

The establishment is trying hard to offer competitive amenities, but unfortunately they need to spend a little bit on updating. It was fine for one night, which is probably the norm for the majority of their guests. The bed was comfortable and the linens very clean. There is a caravan park opposite, but can't say that disturbed our stay. There...

A delux apartment... Don't think so! We got the impression that this establishment had recently been taken over? We were only staying for one night having done a trip along the Great Ocean Road, so for that it was good enough. However, nowhere where we had booked did we say that we would be lugging our cases up two quite...

I can't believe we had to pay nearly 200 dollars for that smelly old room! It looked like nothing had been upgraded or replaced since 1980! For that price, we got only half a roll of toilet paper! There's no restaurant but they charge 10 bucks for a small box containing a smallpacket of corn flakes and a tiny milk...

The room was nothing like as listed, dirty floors, hard bed, mould in the bathroom and paint peeling off. Tiny room with little to no ventilation, no exhaust fan for bathroom. Right beside the local camping ground( overlooking it) where a group of men played beer pong all afternoon with profanities clearly heard all afternoon( no security in park) Room...

My parents booked a 3 night stay at the Lorne Coachmans Inn for this week. My dad was admitted to hospital the night before the booking. Rang the Coachmans Inn to cancel the booking the next day (day of booking). Rang again the next day and was told they filled the room (it is peak season). The receptionist asked a...
