Great location! Didn't need to use car as beach and main centre were in walking distance. The place looked tropical and was in a quiet location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was standard and basic cleanliness .. We would stay again.. If you have a young family it is also an ideal place to stay

The position of the resort was excellent 2 minutes from the beach.. The 2 bedroom unit we had was extremely clean and very comfortable .I have one complaint in that the pool was very small and as an adult I was very reluctant to get in to it with my grandchildren as it was packed tight with children who were...

Thanks for taking time to post a review for us. Summer is our busiest time of the year and many families come to enjoy our proximity to the beach and the facilities we offer. It is expected that children are supervised by an adult family member or friend at all times, as per our safety instructions in the pool area....

The small but perfectly formed Villas are perfectly located, within the Kaloha Holiday park,to the Cowes beach and main street. The Villas are clean and well maintained with a lovely bbq (shared between 2 villas). There is no oven in the kitchen (just a microwave), and no laundry within the Villa (you use the parks laundry facilities), however these are...

Your review and rating is very much appreciated, thanks. Our lovely, new villas are very popular, especially being so close to the beach and to the main street. We think it's perfect and so pleased you thought so as well!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort with our 2 grandchildren. Highlight was the close proximity to the beach when walking with 2 young children. The ammenities were wonderfully clean and easy to access. Lots of space and shade around the pool, will certainly return for another stay and recommend it to our family and friends.

It was so nice to see grandparents enjoying some time with their grandchildren. We are so glad you had a wonderful stay here with them. Your recommendation will go such a long way for us and it is very much appreciated. Hope we get to meet more of your family and friends as well.

The beach cabins were great, clean, tidy and most amenities available. The older sections of the resort let them down. The free wifi only really worked if you sat in reception so shouldn't really be a benefit. The location was great.

Central to everything we did. Close to town center. Great pool, spa and playground. The beach was a 5 min walk, accessible from the resort. Our suite was lovely and had plenty of room. We were close to playground which was great as we had a young child and he was always in view. Perfect little family retreat and highly...

Great place for the family to stay. Beach at your door step, walking distants to town and friendly service. Room a good size so we had room for everyone. Beds very comfy. The restaurant had great food.

Our Family rooms are pretty large so they're great for spreading out, especially for kids. Glad you found the beds comfy as well. Our chef Tim will be pleased to hear that you enjoyed his food too! Thank you and we hope you can come back for another great weekend.

Great quiet location very close to the front beach and walking distance to the town of Cowes. Big, clean room with modern furniture and firm beds. Good, well-maintained pool. Coin-operated barbecues, very slow to cook. Excellent place to stay on the Island. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

My husband and I stayed for 1 night in a partially updated room. (Bathroom) We paid $245.00 for that one night which was fine except we were expected to wash our dishes!!! Seriously!!!! Thank you for taking the time to post your review. As it is peak season here on Phillip Island our prices are pretty standard for this time of the year. The note regarding the washing of dishes also refers to our rooms that have kitchens. Guest that stay in rooms that don't have kitchens, but have tea/coffee facilities, are provided...

“The park is quiet at night, and the facilities for the kids (pool and jumping pillow) were brilliant. There is only room for 1 x car. If you can, let the kids bring their bikes/scooters as there were loads riding within the park and also playing cricket etc. A lovely safe environment. ”
