Was a nice place to visit but walls are extremely paper thin... did not appreciate kids upstairs running and thumping around until 11:30 at night while I had a baby trying to sleep 😳 Would recommend a room upstairs if you’re considering staying here, definitely not first floor.

Thanks for your review and it's a shame you were disturbed by the guests upstairs. We can usually ask guests to refrain from making any undue noise after 10pm but can appreciate that when you have children this can be a little difficult. We would be happy to allocate a room for you upstairs next time. Glad you found it a nice place to visit.

Entry to accommodation was very rough hate to have a lowered car Never stated anywhere with no microwave or toaster arrived late and brought soup to heat for tea but no good no camp kitchen either that we could find. Cobwebs above bed windows not that clean and had a spa but all this brown stuff came out of jets 😳not plesent . Light above mirror in bathroom not working toilet roll holders need fixing and if you not stable on your feet hang on cause the toilet seat moves to take you for a ride not up to 4 stars maybe 3 Receptionist was very friendly and helpful

Thanks for your feedback and your points have been addressed. The entry is designed to slow vehicles down and has not damaged any cars. Our Queen spa rooms, across all websites, list that they only have tea/coffee facilities. We generally don't list the things a room doesn't have, only what they do have. I'm glad our receptionist was able to help you out while you were here.

overall lovely stay, we stayed for 2 nights. The first night, there was loud music starting around 12.30am and stopped quickly after I talked to them. A bit noisy if you stay on the ground floor as you could hear the sound of any toilet flushing or walking of the upstairs guests. Second night was great as there were no guests upstairs or next door. It is a lovely place for family, there is a hot tub, a swimming pool an a jumping pillow. Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming .

Glad you found this to be a lovely place for families. Our facilities have been enjoyed by many children and adults and the hot tub and jumping pillow are definitely winners. I'm pleased the noise from the neighbours dissipated and you got to enjoy your stay more. Hope we get to see you again and thanks for posting a review.

Two couples for a lawn bowls weekend. We stayed in a two bedroom unit for two nights. Clean and well set up. There would be two issues I feel could be better. As it was a two bedroom unit there was only a 2 seater couch and one lounge chair to get comfortable & watch TV for 4 adults. One person had to sit on the dining chair. Also car parking spaces are very small, so if you have a large car be wary. In saying this, the reception check-in was quick & you were made very welcome. Would stay again 🙂

Cabin was new & right on the beach. Had everything required including a really large family couch that accommodated everyone. Having a gate to the beach was awesome with access to the cafes and shops a short walk.
