Room is kept clean and neat, the room heater is a plus point which keeps room warmer during winter. I had forgotten to print out online tickets for Penguin Parade and attended to owner for help to print it out, it was a pleasant talking to the friendly and helpful owner. Definitely to recommend Coachman when visiting and staying on...

The room was clean but the bed needed replacing and was very low to the ground. The fridge wasn't very cold and certainly didn't keep anything chilled. This is a hotel in a great location but definitely needs some renovations done to both the rooms & the outside area. It is certainly stuck in an 80's time warp. There were...

Stayed overnight with a nice seaveiw the hotel has been in a state of falling apart over the years with so much maintenance needed it would be cheaper to tear it down and rebuild the rooms are trapped in a strange 80s zone with a mustie smell and a strange fit out which makes it uncomfortable to be in just...

Overall rooms where clean, was asked daily if we needed clean towels. Only issue was there was not enough parking, we had to park on the street and being easter weekend and school holidays it was quite busy and made it a little difficult sometimes.

The hotel is in a great location overlooking the beach. It's seriously showing it's age but the room was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were great. Only thing we didn't like was the room had been sprayed with a pungent deodoriser.

The hotel staff are very friendly but this is a noisy place. We expected noise from the night market across the road but hearing the neighbours tv all night and conversations from neighbours on the other side was a bit much.

The location on the Esplanade and the wonderful sea views from all the front rooms are the highlights of this ageing resort complex. The whole place is of another era but not quite what you might think! Its not a heritage property, unless you think the 1970s should be preserved. That said, everything works, the rooms are large and well...

When we first checked into the room we were pretty underwhelmed, it was clean but not spotless, and with twin singles instead of a King. The staff quickly came to fix that and were friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the bed was so we slept well. We had a standard room near the front so we...
