Over the years we have grown to ensure we are the ideal family holiday park whether in a tent or caravan, here for a short break or wanting a relaxed holiday in one of our self-contained cabins, luxury two-story town-house units or our brand new 3 bedroom villas. With a perfect location; 100 metres to the beach, 200 metres from Cowes boat ramp, 2 kilometres from the town centre and from 10 minutes from all the local attractions: why go anywhere else?!

It wasn't the best cabin we've ever stayed in but it was fine. Clean and comfortable with quite good provisions. It had a terrific shower and the tv was quite new. We don't drink a lot of coffee but there wasn't quite enough coffee sachets for us. As per the park advice in the hard covered information sheets, we weren't entitled to more coffee sachets. We were one coffee sachet short for our stay, and so we bought a small and expensive jar of coffee at a local supermarket. Such petty cheapness is so annoying, for something like a cost of a few cents. Would it kill the park's profitably by providing a another coffee sachet?

Thank you for your valuable feedback, Andrew. We are so pleased the cabin was clean and comfortable, these are very important values for our business. It can indeed be frustrating when small inconveniences, such as running out of coffee sachets disrupt an otherwise pleasant experience. Our accommodation is self-contained, not serviced apartments. Our tea and coffee starter packs are just that- to get you started until you can go to the supermarkets. However, our policies aim to balance service and cost considerations.

We stayed week. My friends and I think the staff are fantastic. This year we purchased one of their cheese platters which they made on site. They also have a barista for that nice morning coffee. It's quiet and everyone is friendly and respectful. Definitely we will back.

Great caravan park. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. Was comfortable and suited our needs. Nice and close to the beach via a track straight out the back of the park and not far from town. Jumping pillow good for the kids. Water pressure in the shower wasn't the best and struggled to rinse the sand off but we managed. Would stay again.

Mawson (my 6yr old Australian Shephard) and I had a fabulous two days getting used to our new home away from home in this lovely caravan park and camping ground. Easy after hours arrival information in locked cupboard, SMSd multi times from ABHP with all the information I also needed. Easy drive through location for my stay. Relaxing surrounded, lovely lush, green grass and shady trees, a short stroll to the beach, with wallabies seen in the way. Abundant clean facilities ( hot, hot water) camp kitchen, heated indoor pool and friendly helpful staff…. Perfect!!! We’ll be back to Anchor Belle Holiday Park… bonus it’s affiliated with G’day too❤️

Absolutely fabulous stay! Firstly - some of the best customer service we’ve had ANYWHERE - beats five star hotels. Staff are just so lovely and friendly and nothing is a hassle. On the final day we had checked out, departed, and our one year old vomited in the car one km up the road. We went back and they gave us towels, soap and set us up in the baby room with a bath to get cleaned up for as long as we needed. The park is fabulous for families, lots of things to do and amenities are well maintained. We stayed in a villa and it was new and clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We have just returned home from 9 nights on a powered site. I would highly recommend this park, staff friendly and helpful. Not sure if it’s all year round, but they do fish and chips on site and also coffees. Didn’t even have to leave the park! Amenities were well looked after and very clean. The whole park is very well kept. Only thing is sites are small, if you have a large van, you may have to park your car out on the street. Over the holidays they provide children’s entertainment, once a week or so, we saw a magician and he was fun and entertaining. The kids really enjoyed the show. There was a reptile show coming up, the kids were disappointed they missed that one. All in all a great holiday was had and don’t forget your $1 coins for the washers and dryers.

Very friendly park. I had a bent cotter pin and the bloke doing maintenance fixed it for me. It’s the little things. Had an ensuite site and it was very handy. Booking is always easy and communication good.

The reception staff and ground staff were all incredibly friendly and it was only a short stroll to the beach and to town. We had an ensuite, which was immaculate and the drive through caravan site made parking the van easy. We travel with our small dog and she had the best holiday ever

It was a great stay for our family vacation. We booked a powered site on our first night (which was great) and booked the cabin on subsequent days. You can find everything that you need in the cabin. Amenities were great and we especially enjoyed the heated pool. The park is also minutes away from the beach. It was a treat to see kangeroos on the way to the beach. We would like to say thank you to the staff who were friendly and helpful!
