What a pleasure to stay at this B&B. Owners were very welcoming. Apartment beautifully clean and well appointed. Comfortable. We made use of their washing facilities, as we were on an extended trip, and found them to be excellent. Breakfast was simple being fruit/cerals/yoghurt and also an offering of eggs/bacon/tomato and toast with various jams/spread. There was plenty to fill you up for the day. Would definitely recommend this to stay for a day or 2 whilst exploring the area.

Outstanding hotel, we stayed in the “South East” room, light and spacious with a balcony. Had a wonderful two person bath and great shower. Great for a romantic weekend away. Room was well stocked with red, white and sparking wine which was not overpriced.. Breakfast was buffet style but included freshly cooked bacon and eggs. Will definitely be back on our next Ocean Road visit.

Excellent in every way! Duncan was extra nice, patient and kind! We arrived late to Apollo Bay in our way to Adelaide. We call this place and Duncan did not hesitate to welcome us. The apartment was neat with everything anyone can need for a pleasant stay! Exceeded any expectations!

It is always nice to arrive to a friendly greeting at reception, get helped with your bags, and receive good local knowledge. We stayed in one of the upstairs Bridge rooms - a big room, with a large bath and good facilities, including a deck with a view out to the water. The hotel also provides a cooked breakfast in the room rate. Not cheap but comfortable and well appointed and within walking distance of various restaurants. (I am giving it 4 stars rather than 5 just on the value - it was the most expensive place we stayed at on our Great Ocean Road trip by a considerable margin.)

This small, simple but very comfortable hotel is no more than 50m from the beach in the centre of Apollo Bay. Parking on site. Comfortable and spacious room with a small courtyard with table and chairs. The very helpful owners are informative about the area with suggestions of places to visit and recommendations for restaurants. Self-operated laundry facilities on site (small extra charge). Excellent breakfast. Very understanding of gluten free requirements.

Real nice hotel with friendly staff. We had gladly stayed longer if we had the opportunity. Thoughtful, warm and helpful owners of the hotel. Clean and fresh rooms. We got a room with a big balcony with outdoor furniture. Great information from the owners of tourist attractions.

Very nice B&B in the lovely town of Apollo Bay. Duncan was very helpful with suggestions of walks and activities. We stayed in The Cottage which was very large and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Our only minor issue was that the cottage faces the back of a supermarket which had a delivery truck idling at 5am. But we both went back to sleep. All in all a very nice accommodation and the couple who run it are lovely and very helpful.
