This is a delightful spacious apartment, extremely well furnished with a modern light feel. The welcome refreshments were a lovely touch and immediately made us feel welcome. The location is perfect, just a short (10-15 minutes) stroll into Apollo Bay proper, and 2 minutes from the beach. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children.

My husband & I stayed 2 nights during our Great Ocean Road trip. We were very happy with this Beeches. We were greeted with a beautiful bunch of liliums and goodies of donuts and large chesse/bacon pull a part. We stayed in the Studio cottage, which was airy, modern and very spacious. Quality furnishings. A short walk into town. Would stay again .

This place has the authentic look and feel of a romantic seaside cottage but is surprisingly bright and spacious with a brand new spacious bathroom and kitchen. It is really clean and has plenty of light due to the sky windows. I stayed here for 3 nights over Cup weekend with my hubby and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us in the 2 bedroom cottage. The master bed was very cozy with top quality bedding and the bathroom was spacious and toasty warm with the heat lamp. The hamper full of wine and treats, flowers, bathrobes and magazines all provided a lovely welcoming touch. The only thing I could fault was perhaps the temperature in the second bedroom. It was much cooler than the rest of the cottage. A wall heater in the second bedroom would have been nice as it did…

Great villa that looks recently modernised. Gorgeous furnishing and handy kitchen for eating in. Lovely quiet location and a lovely paved area to sit outside in the evening with a drink. Great price as well.

On our recent trip to Australia we slept in seven different locations and the bed at Beeches was the most luxuriously comfortable of a whole batch of comfortable beds! The electric blankets were an essential bonus for the chilly August nights. Loved all the little extra touches - our deal meant we were greeted by a basket of wine and goodies, which helped to make our arrival so special and memorable. Loved the decor throughout (my husband now has a brief for updating our house!) and the accommodation is just a short stroll from the stunning beach in Apollo Bay. Just one word of advice for other guests - take care not to pull shut the door to the second bedroom, as ours was self locking. Thank you to the owners for getting a spare key to us so promptly!

Unfortunately we only had two nights here - but we'll be back! As others have said, the villas are immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. There are so many little things that the owner has thought of to make the stay convenient; nothing is overlooked. Thanks for a super relaxing stay!

As a group of 2 couples we stayed at Beeches by the Sea. We could not have been happier with our stay. The facilities were excellent - well appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds, lovely sitting arrangements and decor. The hamper greeting us when we walked in was a special treat, and the gourmet chocolate on our beds amazing! With regards to location we were very pleased, a very short walk to the beach for a swim and only a short walk from town. Loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future.

We wanted to drive along the Great Ocean Road for a couple of days, and chose to stay the two nights at Apollo Bay, selecting Beeches By The Sea from the great reviews. What a wonderful place to stay - the decor, equipment, furnishings, kitchen and bathroom are just perfect. The shiny, perfectly smooth (but not slippery) wooden floors are very attractive. We really liked the welcoming letter with very helpful guidance on shops and restaurants, the wonderful hamper, and all the lovely finishing touches (the way the towels were rolled up and presented on the beds, the chocolates on the pillows, the vase of flowers). All in a quiet road, a short distance from the 'main' part of town. It was a wonderful stay - wish it could have been longer. My only niggle is on arrival - nobody in…

We stayed in the Studio Cottage and it was a truly wonderful experience. The cottage is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and everything has a very private feel. It is just the right size for a couple and due to some very clever design it feels very large and airy. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with anything that you might need for normal cooking. The welcome gifts were amazing... lovely local wine and handmade soaps plus fresh bakery items. Georgina was wonderful and lovely to deal with. The room is so nice that you almost forget about the great location. Less than a block from the beach and a very easy stroll into all of the shops and restaurants in town. We will definitely be back... the…

We have just finished a 5 night stay at Beeches By The Sea. Georgina does a brilliant job of making your stay special. Just thoughtful and little tweaks makes this an experience to remember. Our rooms were superbly decorated and appointed, and spotlessly clean. I can not think of one tiny detail that has been omitted. You will not be disappointed if you book your Apollo Bay stay at Beeches. Enjoy :-)
