Was pleasantly surprised by this adorable and well-appointed rental. Many thoughtful touches, great location. Clean and efficient space with quality towels, great light and nice garden. Apollo Bay offers a variety of spots for coffee and dining. Consider checking out the wharf where fishermen’s daily catch is for sale or available cooked for outdoor dining on picnic tables.

My wife and I were immediately impressed on arriving at this charming property set in a picturesque garden setting. The accommodation was not only excellent value for money,but also beautifully maintained and presented. We were in unit one, the front unit, and loved that we could here the ocean and even see it!! In all a very special little treasure that we will definitely be returning to. What lovely memories we have created of Apollo bay and "Beeches"

Beeches By The Sea is an amazing place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Apollo Bay. The Villa we stayed in was modern, beautifully clean, light filled during the day and so warm and cosy at night. Drifting off to sleep in a very comfortable bed to the sound of the waves was just what I needed. The beach is only a short walk away, literally at the end of the street and the local shopping strip is not much further. The chocolates on the table upon arrival are such a welcoming touch and a winner with the kids. As for the Sheridan towels and comfy gowns provided, they are such a wonderful added luxury (that personally I thoroughly enjoyed). The nice lady cleaning the Villa next to ours was so helpfull and upon request provide us with some beach towels…

You could easy spend a few days relaxing here. Unfortunately we only had one night! The cottage is well equipped, beds comfortable and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Would certainly stay again

My family and I spent 3 nights at Beeches By The Sea (mid-June) and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We arrived late and tired on a Friday night and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. The place was warm and cosy and the chocolates ( local Gorge) a nice & thoughtful touch. Queen size bed was just so comfortable. The villa is nice and clean and Jessica (owner?) is such a great host. My wife was very impressed with the soaps,lotions and body wash, and my boys ( 13 & 16) gave the wifi the thumbs up. The beach is just 2 mins down the road, and whilst its chilly this time of the year, we loved the afternoon walks along the shore. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks Jessica, hopefully we will see you again on our next visit to Apollo Bay!

We stayed there in June 2018 for a couple of nights and our overall experience was okay. The biggest issue that we experienced was the ants. They were just everywhere, kitchen, toilet, in the bed sheets, you name it. Apparently this is an issue for the entire town, thats what we got told by the owner of the place. Owner was nice and friendly though.

My family enjoyed the stay at at Beeches By The Sea. It is a lovely 2 bedrooms home. Clean and cozy and it is close to the town and beach. Thanks for Jessica! We will def go back when we visit apollo bay again. Cheers Carol

Stay away! We stayed for 5 days thinking we were staying at a great replace . We found ants in the second bedroom and the kitchen. No laundry . Needed to drive to the laundry’s mat to wash . Just one face towel and one hand towel for 4 people . One tea towel! BBQ area is surrounded by cobwebs and unkept shrubs . The actual BBQ was dirty and needed a clean. Very disappointed! Definitely not home away from home !

We are very sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing experience at Beeches. Unfortunately ants are very common during summer at Apollo Bay & we had cleaned the villa thoroughly prior to your arrival & applied ant rid to 'hot spots'. If you had notified management, we would gladly come & done a service clean & removed any ants from your villa had we been notified. It is noted on our booking channels & website that we do not have a laundry and we provide specific instructions in our compendium on where a laundromat can be located in the township. The BBQ was inspected after management received an SMS from the guest and it was dirty. We are very sorry for this. However, this was because a guest had used it the previous night and not cleaned it after use as we stipulate in our compendium. Unfortunately this was an oversight from our cleaning department as it should have been inspected and always is after a guest leaves our establishment. In relation to the limited supply of hand towels and tea towel, again we would have definitely rectified the situation immediately if we had been contacted and genuinely apologise to you for this over site. Once again, we are extremely sorry you had such a disappointing experience.

A 2 night stay during a road trip and we stayed in Villa 2 at Beeches, a lovely villa, very well equipped, fresh and clean, spacious, very very comfortable,sylish, fresh flowers on the table, lovely big towels, we felt right at home and wished we could have stayed longer. A very short walk to the beach and a five minute walk to the shops, cafes and information centre, everything within easy reach. Private parking in front of villa. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in the 2-bedroom villa #1. It is spacious with a good sofa and table in the living area and a good kitchen. Not fancy,, just a clean comfortable older villa that's very livable. The beds are comfortable and provide a good night's sleep. A basket of garden fresh tomatoes awaited us in the kitchen. The wi-fi did'n't work well when we arrived, but we called the manager (off-site in another town) and she promptly phoned a technician to correct the problem. By the end of the day we had the best internet reception of our entire 3-week stay in Australia. The villas are in a good location on a quiet street about 150 meters from the beach, and a 5 to 10 minute walk to restaurants in the town center. Note: manager is not on-site, so get clear…
