We were happy with our stay but the description “luxurious” is inappropriate. The kitchen was adequate but “fully appointed” suggests there is a dishwasher - there wasn’t. We were unable to have open windows using the fly screens as these were broken (and dirty). Cleanliness was average (dust under the sofas). Ok, as long as your expectations are not too high.

I stayed two nights before Christmas to explore the great ocean road. The property is spacious with a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom. It was a short walk to the beach, shops & restaurants in apollo bay. There is free wifi & all the basics were included (towels, bedding, pots, cleaning equipment, tea & coffee). A lovely base to explore the great ocean road.

Lovely, stylish cottage. We loved our stay and felt very pampered. Beautiful native flowers were on the table and in the bedroom. Cozy robes, lush linens.. and our little dog was able to go on our trip with us. A short walk to the beach and cafes, but we bought our food and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

A great place for a family to stay during the holidays. The cooking facilities provided enable you to cook all your meals and the grocery store is nearby. The place is quite and cosy and it is also near to the beach.

Close to beach, restaurants and cafes. Without the intrusive main street noise. We stayed in winter and found it comfortable with heating options in each room. Attention to detail was amazing, from the quality towels and bed linen to the comfortable couch and little extras such as vases overflowing with native flowers. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay.

What a perfect spot for a weekend away, the house is well equipped and has a lovely welcoming feel when you arrive. It has beautiful surroundings very peaceful and dog friendly. The host Jess was amazing . She woul really do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this to everyone❤️

We spent a weekend at Beeches recently and even on an overcast day, the unit was light and bright. It's not far from the quiet end of the beach but far enough away from the main road to be peaceful. The place was very clean and well cared for including the garden and outside areas and it made for a relaxing stay with our dog. Everything we needed for a weekend away was at hand and the shops were only a few streets away. We're looking forward to going back soon.

Simply nice, comfortable house and very suitable for a couple and/or a family of four. House is just a minute walking to the beach (photo) and 5 minutes to the town. We arrived late from Melbourne and (Thanks Goodness) for Jessica as she was most helpful to answer our call. All in all, we were very happy with her service and management as the amenities were clean and well maintained. We truly would recommend Beeches by the sea to all👍 Btw, you must try the ice cream at Dooley’s it is about the best ever.

Loved this spotless, spacious, well appointed beach house. Because it’s a block or so off the highway, we were saved from any traffic noise. Artistically decorated. Loved the patio and bbq area. Could have easily stayed a week. The caretaker was friendly with a very good restaurant suggestion. He even gave us directions to a neighborhood tree where our first-ever-seen koala bear hung out. Awesome! Loved this place.

Comfortable pad to explore Apollo Bay and surrounds. Unit 1 has 2 outside sitting areas. A good size sitting room/dining area, with comfortable couch and large table. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave and enough cooking appliances for an evening meal. Aircon and ceiling fan keep it cool in warm weather. Big picture windows let in light to make this a lovely place sit and read. TV, video player and digital radio with books, magazines and DVD's are supplied. Good size bathroom and toiletries plus large soft bath towels supplied. Great hot shower. In fact water is safe to drink here from the tap. 2 good size bedrooms.
