Although our weekend camping was definately not glamping the caravan park was the cleanest park we have ever stayed at. The facilities were excellant with a 28 degree heated pool and the toilets and camp kitchen area was kept immaculately clean. The staff were super friendly. Pity you couldn't control the dismal weather,or the expensive food prices at the sea-food festival. The loud wind from the ocean on the Sunday night made it difficult to sleep. We would like to return and expereince the Bay when the weather is nicer.

We were starting the ocean drive and our first stop was in big 4 Apollo bay. From the time we went to the reception we found the place very clean and tidy everything was explained to us and we were given a map of where our campsite for our camper was .the campsite was extremely clean and safe with beautiful amenities such as a heated outdoor pool and bbq facilities with an indoor kitchen. The bathrooms were the cleanest we came across. Definitely a 5 star. There was a beach across the road.

It was our first time camping as a family, and it was a great introduction for us. Everything was extremely convenient and well organised. The kids absolutely loved the playground and the pool, and got comfortable very quickly roaming about by themselves. It's a great community feel, where everyone looks out for each other and welcomes each other to their camp. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
My only negative comment would be that the toilets near the playground were sometimes not cleaned in the morning but the main shower block and toilet were always well maintained.

Today my partner and I visited the Apollo Bay Big 4 holiday park to ask to use their shower facility as there was a power outage in town. We are two professionals that had visited Apollo bay for mid week escape and had booked an air bnb. As we weren’t paying customers of the park I offered to pay to use their facility and was told they had no hot water also, I was however reluctantly by the office lady we were allowed to use their bathroom to brush our teeth. As we went to walk into the bathrooms we were aggressively met by the same woman who denied us access to this because we had a bag of clothes to change into. I understand this is a tourist destination and they probably receive this request frequently from back packers but if she was unhappy with us using this she only needed to say so politely. If this is how I was treated as someone who politely asked and offered to pay for this service, I would hate to see how patient customers are treated! Had this been a busy time of the year I may also have understood but it was dead quiet. Common decency and manners cost nothing! In this case I will now never stay or recommend anyone I know visiting this holiday park. Customer service...don’t bother!

So impressed by this holiday park. Great for kids with the playground, water pump play and pump track. Facilities were excellent very clean and spacious. The powered sites were extremely neat and tidy with matting and a great view as a bonus!! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this holiday park for a place to stay in Apollo bay!!

Cannot recommend this park enough. Even with the current covid situation this park was EXCEPTIONALLY well mainted and VERY clean. The staff were not only super friendly but went over and above to ensure our stay was amazing.
We hired a cabin for 3 nights which was better then some of the 5 star hotels i've stayed in. Super clean, Very comfortable with fantastic amount of space for us and the 2 kids.
Park facilities were exceptional (we couldnt drag the kids away from the skate park) & the beach side frontage made for an amazing location.
We will be making this our yearly holiday spot without question.

Enjoyed a fabulous week or so, due to 5 day lockdown we had to extend which the staff were extremely helpful with. We had our van on a slab powered site which was immaculate. Bathrooms are extremely spacious and clean. Washers and dryers only $3 (cheap considering some parks charge $4 a load). Kids (6 and 9) loved the playground. Probably doesn't suit very little children though. Fire pit is loaded with kindling and firewood on the ready each night so you can toast marshmallows with the fantastic view of the ocean. Pool area probably could do with some pool lounges or something a bit more comfortable to sit on. The park is located out of the town slightly and set up high over looking the water, probably a 5 min bike ride or 15 min walk into town. One of the nicest van parks we've stayed at. Looking forward to returning again. Thanks Pisces!

We booked a 2 bedroom ocean view for 5 nights, they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom ocean view beach house which was amazing. It had a gas log fire which was perfect as the first 3 days the weather was not so good so we could sit inside warm and toastie while still having 180 degrees view of the ocean. We will defently be returning as we just loved it.

We had a ensuite site and can recommend it to everyone. The park has all what you need (big kitchen, barbecue areas, laundry, WiFi for free with a good connection almost everywhere) and is beautiful located next to the ocean. Go take a swim. The beach is great too.

Sites were big and neat, amenities were oversized and clean, playground was great, fire pit area was beautiful. Staff were very friendly. Laundry was big and clean. We have been to many Big4 parks and have been finding that even when the park is quiet they still put people close together instead of letting people spread out and have spare sites between them. Apollo Bay was quiet and when we booked in they told us which sites were free and let us choose one that suited us. This was great.

Hi sorry I think this is to the wrong person I have stayed there and I would highly recommend it but I am not the owner or work there I just had a holiday there and put it on TripAdvisor
There is no footpath on the side which the park is on however on the beachside there is a easy walking track that will take you into town. Medium walking pace it would take you 15-20 mins. It's a nice easy walk and really enjoyable.
Yes all of our cabin will sleep 6 people, 1 x queen bed and 2 sets of bunks. If you go to our website directly it will give you more information piscespark
