We stayed in the two-storeyed 3 bedroom bungalow, on top of the hill. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The galley styled kitchen and bathroom upstairs was a little bit dated, but the recently renovated bathroom downstairs was lovely.
We were looking forward to the penguins...More
The room was sufficient, however we were under the impression that there would be air conditioning available as this was stated on their website. When we arrived we discovered there was no air conditioning in our room. We enquired with the male manager at the...More

Thank you for your review, it was much appreciated.
We wished to let you know that on the website, it is clearly stated that all of the bungalows have a heater installed, due to the low temperatures during winter but it is only the new...More
Room was pleasant, facilities were good, however the downfall was the unfriendly service provided by the male manager of the property. If he wasnt as hostile we would refer others, as we were referred from friends.
Was really pleasantly surprised by the 2 bedroom unit. Beds were very comfy and we were so lucky to have a long verandah with a view of the water. Was beautiful sitting out there watching the world go by. Fantastic place to stay and close...More
Stayed for 3 nights in the Castaway Cabin. Downstairs has been freshened up with paint and a newish bathroom. Upstairs could do with a bit of an update in the living, dining kitchen area and bedrooms and bathroom. The floors are incredibly creaky too.

Hi there is only 1 bathroom, not sure if they have any bungalows with 2? Take a look at their website for the 3-bedroom bungalow. Yes, we drove to Wineglass Bay, less than an hour and didn't join any tour. They do have a cruise which takes you to the bay by boat but quite expensive, I think over AUD200. Please note you have to walk for 1.5 hrs from the car park to the lookout to see the bay. If you want to walk right down to the beach, it takes 4-5 hrs I think, can't remember exactly. There is a sign board at the entrance of the trail telling you the walking distance. Hope this helps.
