Very pleasant stay in nice cottages with self contained unit and parking space. And GREAT service!!! Very very good service. Unfortunately, during my stay, TV went out in Bicheno. The staff at reception was kind and quick to make it up by offering us free DVDs for our stay!! Clean place and honest and responsible staff. AND! It's close to...

What a beautiful place! We stayed one night in the lakeside motel style accommodation, which appeared to be quite new. Plenty of car parking. Loads of wildlife at dusk and night time, thanks to the lovely bushland setting. Places to eat out at in town. Great walks along the beach and to the Bicheno Blowhole. Would be happy to stay...

We loved this spot. It was quite a large establishment with small chalets as well as larger ones and houses, all set in bush land. Our chalet was the pink one up the back but away from the others, very private. washing facilities with clothes line and roomy carport. we could walk everywhere including down to the rocks and the...

Stay here for a short 1 night, cannot feel much, but to me, it is the old school camping site, having outdoor sports facilities, playground. Having got a chance to try those. In the room, nothing special. Beware to bring your own shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, here is not provided.

We arrived in the midst of a cold front over the east, with non-stop heavy rains and cold, cold winds. We were glad when we finally got indoors, and loved how the cottage was setup, but were quickly disappointed when we learnt one of our heaters and an electric blanket were not working. When I highlighted this to the gentleman...

We stayed here for one night in late October 2016. We were travelling as part of a group of 9 so we rented the 4 bedroom villa 'Mimosa'. Okay for an overnight stay but a bit of a squeeze for the 9 of us - we all had a bed to sleep in so it was adequate. Only one bathroom...

We had a two bed cabin with nice view of the ocean through some trees. Cabins were basic and a bit tired looking but had everything you needed. No TV reception when we stayed. Couches could use an upgrade. We could not lock the cabin door from the inside which was a problem with our two year old toddler who...

Everything you need for a short stay, lounge chairs would be a welcome addition, divan and sofa not so comfortable obviously required for family stays as beds. Television reception leaves a lot to be desired but being attended to. Walking distance to shops and eateries.

We stayed just for one night in a one bedroom bungalow. It's clean, tidy and cute. Well equipped kitchen too. The view is good too. The sound of birds and the ocean is just perfect. Quick access to the town centre. Our bungalow is at the back so we saw a few penguins walk past. It was one in a...

Stayed in the two-room lodge after coming down from cradle mountain. Nothing spectacular about the accommodation. TV reception was spotty at times. The internet connectivity was non-existent. Kids enjoyed the playground and the tennis court. Didn't kayaking in the small pond.
