Nic and Steve made my stay excellent. They were interested in my journey. The meals are excellent at the William Macintosh and I will definately be going back for another family reunion. The rooms are a little outdated yet very clean. Naracoorte is still a country town and you can be sure that the locals are friendly and very helpful.

My wife and I stayed overnight at this quaint little spot on our Trafalgar tour of the Great Ocean Drive. The rooms are dated, but clean and comfortable. Quiet location, with a nice restaurant and very friendly and ultra efficient staff. A special mention to the managers, Steve and Nicole Tooth, who really added to the stay-it was a pleasure...

Although we loved the owners of this motel and the restaurant food is excellent I was very unhappy with the condition of the rooms. Not only outdated but stained carpet and furniture, torn screens and a sewage smell that the owner tried to deal with but was unable to get rid of completely. I would eat dinner there but I...

Not a lot of choices to stay in Naracoorte - we were in town for a large family occasion - which certainly boosted the town's accommodation/hospitality $$s that weekend - others in the same group also booked at this motel. William McIntosh looked the best place to stay out of a pretty ordinary lot. Friendly, helpful staff - the outside...

Thank you for your comments Heather. We do understand that our rooms are a little out dated but, we are moving forward with them constantly. Our priorities lean towards our guests comfort more than aestechics at this stage. We have invested in good matresses and bedding, our cleaning team is second to none and this week we have replaced air-conditioners....

This was a tired older hotel. Our room had only one plug outlet we could find in the main bedroom. There were maybe three receptacles in the bathroom. This made for a challenge when it came to charging our electronics. The room was spacious enough but economy in the furnishings. We never did figure out how to operate the air...

Stayed overnight on our way from Great Ocean Road to Adelaide. Motel is located a 5 minute drive from the centre of town. Room was clean and comfortable and good value for money. Very quiet at night which allowed for a good nights sleep. Motel has a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner but we didn't eat there so can't...

We stayed here as part of a school family excursion visiting the Naracoorte caves. The rooms were basic but clean and well maintained. The restaurant exceeded expectations and managed to cope very well with our large group (30 people) despite us arriving late for dinner on our first night there. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a get away. Staff are friendly and helpful during our stay. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. We dined for breakfast and dinner and were happy with everything we ordered. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a stop over in the south east.

I stayed here last week for 3 nights while attending a conference and am delighted I did. While rooms are dated, they are very clean and comfortable with good heating/aircon. The restaurant is great - lovely fresh local produce. All very friendly staff.

Thank Jan S
