The owners are amazing people and even gave us a ride to the Naracoorte caves as our car broke down. You can tell the room and place is kept to a high standard and is very clean! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Rooms were very close to each other so I was worried about noise but it was surprisingly quiet. It was a lot smaller than I thought but otherwise no complaint. I tried breakfast at the restaurant and loved their coffee. Staff was friendly and it was a very nice stay.

Our family of two couples stayed here in The Avenue Inn for one night on our journey from Melbourne to Adelaide. The rooms were recently refurbished and were neat, clean and welcoming. The Inn is situated in a residential part of town, so it is quiet. This was one of the reasons that we chose to book it. The second and main reason was that it had a restaurant where we could have dinner after arrival, and breakfast next morning before departure. Unfortunately we arrived to discover that the restaurant was closed. What a disappointment. We subsequently had a long walk into town, in the dark, to a very poor selection of local restaurants.

Take the back streets of Naracoorte and you will find the Avenue Inn. Somewhere different for lunch and very surprised. Great food and service by staff made this enjoyable. Inside model contempary with flavours to match.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. It looked like it had been recently refurbished. The staff were excellent and very friendly. They made you feel valued and appreciated. The location was quiet, off the main roads with no traffic noise. Oh and the cafe/restaurant was amazing! One of the best breakfasts I’ve EVER had! I was told they did the best breakfast in town and we were not disappointed! The only negative was the size of the bathroom; very small for a king size room but even then they made the most of the small space and even the tallest person would be happy with the shower! Overall, amazing quality for the reasonable prices!
