The Reserve Apartment occupies the lower floor of this architecturally designed building. It comprises two-ensuite bedrooms/ spacious open-plan living and dining/ a broad balcony (with BBQ) overlooking the Hutt Creek Reserve. The fully equipped kitchen provides a stocked pantry with teas/coffees/conserves/cereals etc. In the refrigerator you will find bacon/eggs etc to create your own cooked breakfast. A bottle of Clare Valley wine and a grazing platter are awaiting your arrival. You are close to the iconic Riesling Trail and a just a short stroll to the main street of this charming town.

We stayed for two nights at the Reserve Apartment it is a modern extremely well appointed property,clean and comfortable with everything provided you could possibly want.Included was a bottle of wine and excellent breakfast provisions,with bacon and eggs.This property is in a great position with large rooms and nice views of the surrounding bushland,but only a very short distance to the centre of Clare township.

This great apartment is beautifully presented with great interior decoration. The amenities were very modern and a pleasure to use. The flickering of the electric flame certainly created a warm, cosy atmosphere, even though the weather was balmy. The breakfast provisions were ample for four of us each morning. It is very central, well within walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and the butchers shops. We were also able to walk 2 parts of the Riesling trail by taking a car to one end and walk back to the apartment each time. This is a great thing to do. Well recommended for two couples to share this apartment.

We stayed for a three day diversion on route from Perth to Melbourne. The apartment is only a five minute walk to shops, cafes and restaurants although its quiet "semi bush" environment feels more remote. Spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with great attention to detail. Breakfast provisions were tasty and generous. So much so that we chose to stay in one night and enjoyed the bacon and eggs.

The Reserve Apartment is spacious, stylish and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this modern luxury accommodation. The highlight for us was the master bathroom with large round bath and fabulous underfloor heating. In a handy location with an elevated outlook into trees and parkland, the setting was quiet and private. The hosts, who live in the top floor of the residence, were welcoming and remained discrete while leaving us we'll provide for with a bottle of local wine and nibbles and ample to choose from for breakfast. We would definitely recommend this apartmerent to anyone looking for a relaxing, well appointed base for a Clare Valley stay.

We stayed at the Reserve Apartment for 2 nights with friends and it was great. The apartment has everything you need, is very spacious and within walking distance to restaurants in Clare. There are 2 bedrooms both with bathrooms which make it an ideal place for couples. Breakfast provisions are provided and there was more than we could all eat. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway in Clare.

Travelling with friends for a weekend trip to Clare,The Reserve Apartment was the perfect location to unwind and explore the Clare Valley. Situated on a quiet road, overlooking gum trees, it's just a short walk to shops and restaurants in the main street. The modern apartment is beautifully decorated and well designed with a spacious open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area separating the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This layout is ideal for 2 couples as it allows for plenty of room as well as privacy. The well equipped kitchen was stocked with generous breakfast provisions and there was nothing more we needed. Julie was the perfect host with lots of suggestions of what to do and where to eat. We loved the Clare Valley and will definitely come back to the Reserve Apartment as we want to cycle more of the Riesling Trail. Thanks Julie, for making our stay so enjoyable.

Our trip was for holiday but work as well as I work with wines. We were looking around for accommodation and we decide on The Reserve Apartment with the whole experience ! We enjoyed it a lot, the space is perfect, nice bath for two, large kitchen, you can relax on the couch and watch a movie at night, perfect ! David and Julie are perfect hosts and make the stay even better. If you tell them what you have in mind for your stay they will try to make it happen as they seem to be very well connected ! Their kindness had no limits, thank you! All the wineries we visited had something special and we bought a lot of wine :) We will recommend this place to anyone we know travelling to Clare as it is not just an accommodation but more an experience! We stayed here at the start and end of our 8 day holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. As previous reviewers have said, all the little extras supplied were most welcome (including the chocolate toffee eclairs and chocolate finger biscuits!) We wanted for nothing, and the apartment stayed cool when outside to was mid 30s and warm when the temp went down to 2Ëš. A heater in the bathroom and a better hot water supply to the basin would have made it even better but didn't really bother us. It was great to be able walk to the shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes, and also to the Riesling trail. Thank you fellow trip advisors for your very helpful reviews of this accommodation.

For future information .. as it was October the underfloor heating in the bathroom was not on automatic as it is in winter. It could however have been turned on by the guest if needed. Unfortunately the water access is not something we can remedy due to our property being in the country .. also we use rain water whenever possible /available and this does cause the flow to be slower than town water.

We stayed here as part of our journey from Broome to Melbourne wanting to stock up on a few bottles of wine. This is a beautifully presented and comfortable B&B just bring your clothes and settle in. Local produce in the fridge for breakfast along with a vast array of other goodies to start your day even home made jams. A beautiful bottle of wine on arrival with a plate of cheese,biscuits and pate. Lovely !!!
