There is a lot to see and very well organised and set out. I loved it. There are a lot of audios to listen to and I especially loved the church.
It is a must when you visit Clare and not far out. You can take your time and take it all in.

Thanks Judi for reviewing your visit to Bungaree. It is lovely to hear you enjoyed exploring our property's history and loved the gorgeous Church - with its beautiful handpainted stainglass windows, it certainly isn't the kind of building usually found on a farm! Thanks again for visiting Bungaree and recommending it to others, Vicky and Mark

I guess if you are a country person then you have learned to live with mice. However if you are a city slicker you might want to either take some mouse traps with you or ask for some tonne installed before you check into the Managers Cottage.

We stayed there for 3 nights in May

Response from Bungaree, Manager at Bungaree Station
Responded 2 Jun. 2017
Thanks for your feedback - great to hear you enjoyed your stay, except for the uninvited guests! We're sorry that your visit coincided with mouse problems that have hit rural areas of SA and Victoria - they clearly found the cosy warmth of the fire inside more inviting than the frosty night outside! We do have management tools in place (including bait stations outside buildings) but generally don't place traps inside accommodation unless there has been signs of a mouse, so this clearly caught us by surprise. Once again, we're sorry that this occurred but thanks for letting us know so we could address the problem - our maintenance and housekeeping teams will remain vigilant to ensure this isn't an issue for future guests. With thanks Vicky and Mark Bungaree Station
